The AC is either too cold or too hot. It dyhold the set temperature

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. Property was very clean and well decorated. Excellent location in downtown Vancouver. Close to restaurants and venues. Highly recommend!

Rooftop patio was a nice spot to hang out. The construction across the street was a little loud, but no fault of the hotel.

Great place to stay nice rooms the elevator was the only thing I could not get used too!!

Property is good and comfortable. They accommodated us with early check-in.

Convenient location from which to attend events at BC Place & Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

I could almost step out of the elevator into our room without touching the hallway. We booked due to the sound proof room reference on their description but we were constantly disrupted by the noise outside our room.

Stayed there so we were close to the arena to see Pearl Jam. Clean, safe and friendly. Area around it was safe as well.

room 1106 overlooking BC Stadium entrance and night lights complemented my double queen bedroom. comfortable beds, great room air conditioning, mini frig and all around great stay. Easy check in and out, room ready early.

Check in was smooth and easy, room was great,n location is convenient and a nice neighborhood. Love the rooftop patio, and the open-late hot tub!

The beds were very soft and shaking. The sheets were also too small and the beds were exposed. There was construction on the next side land, it started at 7am in the morning and was incredibly noisy all day long. Breakfast is a complete disaster. We could only eat waffles and that was while waiting in a long queue. When the waffles were finished, a kitchen staff came and scattered the waffle sauce around and filled it with a bucket next to us. They also throw the some paper glass into the garbage and it splashes on us. The egg is hard as a rock. The omelette has no flavor and looks very bad. There are only bananas. Muffin please do not taste.. Everyone tries to eat next to each other. You wait for minutes for the elevator. The card reading button to enter the car park is in the direction of the exit from the car park, so you take a big risk and try to have the card read. Other than that, the towels were clean and the sheets were clean but small. I met the manager in the elevator and explained the situation, and he did not answer a single word. Sad

The overall experience at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Vancouver was excellent. I have traveled many time and stayed at numerous Hilton properties. The convenience of the property across the street from BC Place, where we weee attending a concert made it ideal. The breakfast room staff were friendly and very attentive! Our housekeeping staff were quick and efficient and very friendly. I have reserved through third part apps before and have always been acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member, however the front desk staff weee somewhat disrespectful when I inquired about free water upon arrival. That is the only complaint about an otherwise exceptional experience.

Very pricey for condition of property

Loved the hotel, very safe and secure, only small issue is the ac unit was a bit noisy but still nice room and cooling. View from top floor was also great.

Great place to stay in the centre of Vancouver. Easy access to most tourist areas. Will stay there again and the downs coffee shop makes great coffee
