Overall, the hotel is very clean and good. But, the room is not soundproof. Noise from neighboring room or corridor can be heard very well.

The only negative is that the basic rooms looks a little lackluster when compared to the shangri la across the street for essentially the same price.

Booked this room as per the pictures shown and the location in itself. While the check in staff were extremely helpful & polite. Until the point we saw our rooms. It was a big disappointment, the floors had creaky panels, everytime you took a step it creaked loud enough to wake your partner. The bathroom doors were dirty and stained, not wiped in a long time. The toilet was equally old, wash basin and taps were definitely not the best.
Honestly this wasn’t 5 star interiors.
But I must mention that the staff and the service was much better that many other 5 star properties. Room service and housekeeping guys were excellent & deserve praise.

The hotel is conveniently located in CP. My kids enjoyed the pool and steam room, both in well maintained condition. Dinner buffet was nothing like a 5 star hotel and was average at beat. Nothing stood out in breakfast buffet either. However, very kids friendly and overall good experience.

The service was perfect, the hotel and rooms in perfect condition. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms had many amenities.

Although a Queen size was requested at the time of booking, the hotel offered two single beds. Breakfast was included in the selected rate, getting in to the dinning area was not straight forward. Staff would give preference to groups or large size parties over single guests when assigning tables. The rate was paid expecting a better level of customer service.

I lived in the hotel for the first time on March 4 until March 6, the employee who made the entry very bad because I asked him to extend the stay from 6/8 he said. It’s ok (Done) that the extension was actually made for me, but when I checked the reception I did not find it and I asked another employee and my father said you have an extension so I contact with Expedia and extended for two days from 6/8

The hot food in "The one" needs to be hotter. It was much warmer in the other restaurant of the ground floor.
It would be nice to be able to take your drinks from the bar to the lounge area.
Overall an excellent hotel; would definitely stay there next time.

I was able to request a driver to meet our flight and that made the start of our stay easy. Check-in was great! The wait staff and food at Le Belvedere is excellent - Thai, Chinese. The view of the city is wonderful at night - pink lights on Parliament and other building.

Great location. Great staff. Facilities were superb. Gym had everything we needed. Room service and restaurants were a delight. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay from Jan 5 to Jan 9. Was excellent, the breakfast was amazing the staff working in breakfast area that we came across were so hospitable. Every staff member took care of our needs. If and when we come back to Delhi, the hotel will be on our top list.
