The service of the night staff was amazing when I checked in around 10:30pm. The comfort of the bed was 3 out of 5, plus there was no blanket provide to keep warm so I put the 2 bath robes on top of the doona.

Nice hotel right at airport

Room was perfect. Completely updated. Early check in.

Quite dissapointed, hade all the plush fiþings and things but missed basic details. Arrived T1 at Melbourne Airport, quite a bit of a rabbit warren to find the hotel and reception, even though you can see the hotel plain as day. Air condition had an annoying high pitch whine so it was tuned off while we slept. Alarm clock has big bright white display, also very annoyining so covered at night. No top sheet just a duvet that just fitted the top of the bed. No lock on the bathroom.

Needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning departure and this one was perfect. Walkway from hotel to airport made it easy. Very nice looking interiors. Great staff. Good room service meal. Would stay again.

Quiet and comfortable Friendly staff

Clean and comfy and of course very convenient for the airport. Room was very quiet so easy to get some rest before a long flight.

Late arrival to stay overnight before 3 hour trip north. Needed a good sleep and we did that.

The staff were amazing and friendly. The position of the hotel to the airport is fantastic as literally just walk across the street. On checkin staff asked what time our flight was and when told it was the afternoon they extended check out time to 12

Nice stay befoore flying out early next morning. Just check you get tour id back, girl at front desk left in a machine & if i hadnt checked wouldnt have known. Other staff were happy to look for it when i brought to their attention some hours later. Good view of airport but a little noisy with lots of light coming through the blinds

Beautiful facility, asethically lovely to walk into. Staff were amazing, bed was super comfy, breakfast was delicious.

Convenient to airport departures for easy access. Breakfast buffet, included in stay, had excellent choices and helpful staff. Not so pleased with the combined doona and cover substituting for a top sheet on the bed. Very difficult to regulate temperature for comfortable sleep. Prefer a top sheet and access to a light blanket when doona is uncomfortably hot. Personal preference and may not be an issue for others.

After a lengthy delay collecting our bags, the reception staff were very helpful ensuring that we went straight to bar to order food before the kitchen closed. Bar staff were also very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed, however some of the furnishings were getting a little worn. The location is very convenient.

Hotel was good but trying to get there was VERY difficult due to construction. Signage was terrible and parking location was terrible. Muliiple floor carpark with no directions then needed to walk a fair distance to lifts with no directions then walk to alternate entrance with no directions. Staff tried to explain where we had to go and then said that it was difficult to find. The problems coukd have been solved by better signage.

Excellent room and very convenient for all terminals. One night stay before an early flight worked out well. Room service meal nothing to write home about and limited choice but overall very pleased with stay.

Absolutely perfect for an overnight stay before our international flight the following morning. Comfortable room, clean and very relaxing.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The restaurant food was delicious and staff friendly. The down side was that when I checked in the receptionist said she would sign me up for loyalty program to receive 10% discount on dining turns out she didn't, so on checkout they said they would redo the account and send me via email a new one and as I had already paid for the two nights plus $200 holding for incidentals I was thinking it would come close to being paid in full. But no I then received an email from them saying I hadn't paid for one of the rooms, yes I did on checkin, then they put another nights charge on my credit card, so by my calculations they now owe me a refund of $142 approx so I sent them a reply saying this. Wake up next day and guess what they have put through another charge for $747.12. They now owe me $889.40 which was the amount of the original charge this is still pending but the way they have gone about this is ridiculous. I travel a fair bit and I've never had this happen before. As I'm on holiday in a foreign country now I don't really want to be having to check my account constantly to see if they have rectified it. So what started out as a great idea for us to stay close to the airport has ended up being a nuisance.

Perfect hotel to stay at if catching early morning flights.

Booked a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. Room had two tiny double beds that couldnt fit two adults in it. Disappointing as this hotel is substantially more expensive than other hotels. We stayed at Holiday Inn last time, with free transfer, and it was much netter value.

Very convenient, particularly for a midnight arrival like ours. Short walk across the sky bridge from the terminal (note one floor up from the arrival hall), decent room, excellent relaxed breakfast, helpful staff.

So handy being that close to Melbourne Airport for early morning flights. Will stay again.

Staying here the night before flying out is always such a good experience. Reception welcomed us back with an upgrade and we were settled in very efficiently. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Our daughters joined us for an impromptu farewell dinner and the restaurant staff added the extra patrons with absolutely no fuss or bother. Great food and the wine list provided plenty of choices. Great nights sleep and excellent water pressure in the morning shower on the 9th floor. Breakfast in the restaurant was thoroughly enjoyable we ordered barista coffee which was brought to our table promptly and the made to order omelette was yummy. Overall an excellent stay; there are construction works happening right out front of the hotel so take the further elevator to the lobby via a short walk along the car park entrance. Otherwise, all good. Thankyou Parkroyal Melbourne airport for another great stay. The perfect way to start a holiday.
