Place was very nice only issue was they didn't have enough staff working for breakfast so they couldn't keep up with how many people were there for breakfast

My family and I stay at this property every year when we visiti Presque isle. We love the convenience of getting to any restaurants and stores we need during our stay. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and the continental breakfast is great. Even the coffee is good! 😊

We visited Presque Isle and Waldameer Park. The hotel was close, the rate was good, had an indoor pool and free breakfast. Everything was good!

I’ve stayed in many Marriott hotels and everything is always excellent. There was only one elevator working in this one and there were only two bath towels in the room for 4 guests. Right away we had to request more towels. There were no towels in the pool area. Not the best one I’ve stayed in.

We have stayed at this particular property in the past and it is our go to whenever we stay in Erie. It’s location is excellent, it’s quiet and the free breakfast is great. Also, the bed and pillows are so comfortable that we always get a good nights sleep! I highly recommend!

The room and service was great. The pool depth of 3 ft 6 inches should be listed on the website. Lastly, the breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests and food was not very good.

The room was clean, although it looked bigger in pictures. Our room slept 4 people and there were only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes so we had to ask for more. And when we went to make coffee, there was a coffee filter left behind from a previous occupant. The breakfast every morning was the best part.

Safe location, clean room. Unfortunately, I was informed at check in that "the Wi-Fi is down and we don't know how long it will be down." This can be a big deal for people.

Wi fi was not working during entire stay. With that many guests, I would think they would have a 24/7 access to repair. Check in male was unfriendly, no smile, no eye contact with radio playing too loud for me to hear him.

Staff was great! But, the elevator was down for several days, no WIFI for several days, never any towels in the pool area, and the breakfast area is way to small to accommodate guests.

The property definitely felt dated, the lack of internet was such a let down being that its 2024 and there isnt any wifi internet available. (Apparently down for Awhile). Everytime we passed front desk, there would be at least one person asking why there was a lack of internet. Pool was old, no towels in pool available. Missing pool tiles. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom in the room cleanliness was okay... There was leftover hair from previous occupant in the shower. Bathroom smelled of dirty old towel smell, could not get rid of the smell for the duration of the stay. Overall experience on the lower end, would not stay there again.

The rooms smell odd, like they used to be smoking rooms. The AC is outdated and old so makes weird inconsistent sounds that keep you awake. The front desk staff were great though

This is a normal hotel and felt less by Marriott standards. Wont recommend considering the price they charge. Pros: The room was clean and the furniture and appliances were on the newer side. The hallway was bright and maintained well. The breakfast had 2 hot options and standard other menu and was refilled at regular intervals. Cons: the bathtub was in pretty bad shape, it definitely needs to be polished. The drain was clogged and water wasn’t draining. The lobby was pretty small and was getting crowded during breakfast hours. There were only 2 hot options scrambled eggs and sausage, usually Marriott hotels will have 3 or more. The location wasn’t convenient either.

Very clean & quiet hotel. By far the best we've stayed in whilst visiting Erie. Big THANK YOU to Brandi who arranged us the perfect room. Room was spacious and well appointed with great linens, toiletries, coffee etc. Hotel is walking distance to the mall and various shops. Being close to the mall, the area is exceptionally quiet. Would definitely book again.

The hotel was wonderful! Room was clean and gorgeous. My kids loved the pool! It was great and we would love to stay here again! My kids and I loved it!

The stay was great except we wished breakfast ended a little later. The children wanted to go swimming in the morning and they were cleaning and adding chemicals to the pool so they couldn’t swim and we had two little ones upset. On the most part it was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel on the third floor and had an incredibly disappointing experience. During our stay, a softball team with multiple out-of-control kids was also staying on the same floor. The noise was unbearable, and despite our complaints, the hotel staff did nothing to address the situation. It was extremely frustrating and made for a very unpleasant stay. To make matters worse, the next morning at 8:30 AM, hotel staff began cleaning rooms and were yelling, telling jokes, and playing loud music in the hallway and rooms. It was impossible to sleep in, and it felt as though they were intentionally trying to make us check out early. The lack of consideration for guests' comfort was shocking. We will not be staying at this hotel again and do not recommend it to others. The management's failure to control the noise and ensure a peaceful environment was very disappointing.
