thin walls - could hear every noise in the hallway

Are bed had black hairs all over it that were not from us. They must not have changed the bed after a previous guest. Very disgusted And hotel smells like pot

It was clean and pet friendly. My room had a full size kitchen and bathroom. The hotel had a gym, pool and free laundry. It was close to amenities.

There's a cleaning solution that gets used that had our allergies in a frenzy.

We needed ice and an extra blanket and the front desk (Melissa) personally brought the items to our room in a very timely manner. She went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.

There was no ice bucket in the room. There were no hangers in the closet and we couldn't work the air conditioner. However the room was clean and bright and provided us with the comforts we needed with the exception of those items mentioned which did not affect the pleasant time we had.

Melissa at the front desk (at the Erie location) was AWESOME!!! She went above and beyond for us. Manny was also, very nice and accommodating. He offered to help carry our bag if we could not find a rolling cart!

For the price, I wish you offered some sort of continental breakfast.

The layout and spacious size of the room was the smartest and most efficient design. Definitely in my top 5 over the past 20 years!

Kitchenette was great especially when traveling with a 12 month old. There were several dogs on our floor and we never heard them in our room—in the hallway yes but never in the room. Free front load washer and dryer use as long as you have your own soap.

Poor training of personnel. Poor conflict resolution training. Room was changed 3 different times due to lack of cleaning. I should have taken the hint to leave when another guest was getting his room switched. After driving for several hours and arriving to the Candlewood Suites, we were told the room we booked was overbooked. The attendant at the front desk didn’t seem to know what to do. We paid for a King Suite and were told because we booked via 3rd party that we were essentially SOL because those rooms were all taken. Something to keep in mind for anyone using this app. We were then downgraded to a 2 bed Queen room—which would have made for an extremely cramped and uncomfortable week stay for 2 adults and a baby. The first room wasn’t clean from whomever stayed previously. The bed wasn’t made. There were dirty towels on the floor. It literally looked as if the people just left. It was after 3:30pm and check out is at 11am.. The attendant at the desk reluctantly switched rooms. That room wasn’t clean either. The manager happened to be around the 3rd time and overheard my husband speaking at the desk. We were then moved to a Disability Suite.. we made it work but I will never stay here again. There are far nicer and newer places right up the road in Summit or downtown for the same price.
