Staff were helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast. My room was clean and had interesting decor. Nevern Square is cute and an easy walk from the tube. Some excellent museums are not too far away. They kindly stored my luggage on my last day.

We had a lovely 7 night stay here and was very happy with everything about this hotel. It was well positioned close to Earls Court station and shops, the rooms were comfortable and very clean and the beds eere warm and comfy. The breakfast was lovely and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. There are lifts to the rooms and I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location as easy walk to the tube station. When we arrived our room door lock was broken so we had to wait downstairs for a while until we could get in, then we had a workman in the room trying to fix it for a couple of hours. He couldn’t, so we slept with suitcase against the door as we had no confidence in the lock. He returned and fixed it in the morning. We mentioned to the receptionist that the round door handles in the bathroom are a hazard to people with arthritis, like my mum who had difficulty turning it and I had to let her out from the outside. The breakfast was very good using good quality foods.
We saw that the owners are making improvements to a high standard.

Rooms are spotless.Breakfast is fresh.Location to public transport is easy.Local supermarkets and pharmacy are close by.
Probably the only thing I missed having in my room is a small bar fridge.So convenient when travelling. But in most hotels in the U.K. this isnt a feature.

I loved this property and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, staff was helpful and friendly and the area was convenient! The walk from the train station to the hotel was safe and quiet. Plus it was beautiful! We had a balcony but it was a little too cold to use it. Still it was nice to have. Definitely happy we chose this hotel!

Our stay was very good. Room was nice enough but we were in the so-called Courtyard, which is code for basement. It was dark and noisy with people moving about outside and in and out of the room next to us. Breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. TV didn’t work very well and had no UK channels so we reported that and we had some the next day, albeit with bad reception. Location was great for Earls Court tube.

The plug of the transformer did not fit, so I was unable to charge my device. The shower was overhead, so I was unable to wash my body properly. It would be nice to have a place to put my luggage.

Wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worse. The window was hard to try and open again in the morning as it was very heavy so the room got warm and air con would work when it wanted to. The floorboards were so creaky that the room directly above woke us up early with them walking around and could hear them turning on taps! The hotel takes a £100 deposit on arrival and I did not get this back for a week despite stating it would be up to 3 days. Room came with simple mini toiletries to add to your stay.
Breakfast was continental with small but enough selection to start your day.

They have put the lights on sensors. The light in the the bath room go off while you are taking a shower and leave you in the total darkness. The room is sunk about 4 feet below the entry door.the stairs light come on when opening the enrty door. The stairs light shuts off as you decend down the steps leaving you in total datkness
The 4 poster room is advertised as it sleeps 3, with a quoted fixed price, when room was reserved last March. They waited untill we arrived in June and incresed the price.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but only 5 minutes away from Earls Court Tube Station, lots of pubs and restaurants.

The Bed and Breakfast was very nice. It was much smaller than the photos make it appear. Our room was newly refurbished and very nice but very tiny. The breakfast area was very small and very crowded. The breakfast selection was extremely limited. Coffee was not good. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Outside sitting area was very beautiful.

We stayed in room 22 which was newly renovated and very nice. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being from the USA, we thought this place was so cute and charming, as was the neighborhood. We felt safe walking at night to and from the local pub, grocery store and underground station.

Had an awful time the first night, was in a room on the ground floor opposite reception and was woken by noise all night. But I asked for a different room in the morning and was swiftly moved to a room upstairs where I slept very well. Breakfast is basic, but staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really liked our room. Easy to walk to lots of shops/dining and the Underground. Only complaint- the perfume/air freshener or cleaning agent in the hallway was choking us it was so strong. We had to hold our breath going to our room. Once we were in our room we were happy.

The Hotel is very nice, located in a beautiful neighborhood, full of green and 3 blocks away from Earls court underground station. Full of restaurants, supermarkets and many shops within 5 blocks.
Staff is very responsive and always willing to help and make one’s stay comfortable. Room was quite small but ok for the price. Breakfast is good and complete. Would stay again.
