This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in a while. We stayed in the ocean pool villa and it was incredible. Specially worthwhile mentioning Mew, who made our experience incredible. Breakfast overall ok (missing only a little bit more options). My only slightly negative comment is that the aroma therapy massage is not really aroma therapy, and you pay extra for it. Other than that the hotel is a 10/10

We highly recommend this resort. This was our fifth time staying at Pavilion and it was incredible and the staff are amazing and friendly. We loved our time there - the location was central and the beach was clean and family friendly.

Started with the Jacuzzi room for two nights. It felt closed because of the built in veranda. We upgraded to hydropool villa for our next two nights. It was much better. The beds in both places were quite hard. Service was good.

I had a great time on Lamai Beach!
Pavilion was v nice. I loved my room with the plunge pool. It gave me more room and access to outside on ground floor. Awesome! Bar was nice. Bartenders are sweet. All the staff makes a big effort!
Def would stay again.

Loved the balcony and lounge beds. Loved the staff at the bar and restaurant. Didn't like the lighting outside our room, lights came on too late and it was very dark!

Have no dislikes about accomodation or staff. Reception staff very helpful! Was a perfect stay, one to remember! Decor modern but also traditional and just beautiful surroundings/gardens. Loved the pool/ gym facility. Restaurants food delicious, service fantastic. Beach clean. Stay relaxing.

Very highly recommend this resort and it deserves to be a 5 star. This was our second time at Pavilion Samui Resort and we loved it. We'll go back because of the amazing hospitality - the breakfast and Food/beverage service is amazing and the F&B manager and staff are excellent. It's a beautiful beach area with a great massage place nearby and there's shopping too. Lamai beach is not as seedy and there are a lot of young families at the resort and also young people and couples. It's good for those looking for a tranquil relaxed place.

I‘m sorry, but this really dangerous hotel and don’t think that management is willing to solve or even improve.
You ask, why this resort is dangerous->
I can tell, cause my son and wife could dead cause water pipe was under voltage and even the wall. We call and they fixed, but this case should not happen at all. But none of management come to us asking if some got electro shock annd ned help. Seems the have big issues safety levels and customer healthcare. On next day a manager come apologize after we complaint again and offered a souvenir polo shirt. What a shame!!!

Great location with amazing staff. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. First time to Koh Samui and we found this hotel to be walking distance to all the restaurants and night markets. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location on a nice stretch of Lamai beach.
We had a balcony room which was a bit worn out. The cleanliness also left something to be desired. For my taste, the complex is too densely built, it lacks a garden or at least a little more green. Noisy air conditioning.

The front desk staff who checked us in and out are extremely rude.
At check out when we were double checking if any privileges from our membership booking applied, he literally lied to on our face saying discount has been applied which it has not according to all the receipts that i go through on the spot. After that in told him he shall just be honest instead of making it up. He didn’t even apologise and was rushing us to pay! Without even a good bye or thank you which is extremely unusual in thailand as this country has been my second home for over 20 years.
Stingy on room amenities too, need multiple requests on basic items like tooth brushes and tooth paste.
Terrible gym facilities, lack of equipment and maintenance. Looks likes it’s from the 80s.

Its my third time staying at the Pavilion and its great! A couple of ways it could be improved room wise (Grand Villa):
1) Better lighting in the room - its very dark.
2) Some sort of bead head - there isn't one which makes it impossible to sit up in bed say to read a book or watch a film.
3) Storage wise, there are no drawers, so other than the wardrobe there is no where to unpack your clothes into.
Food wise, the breakfast included is the same every day which is a bit repetitive and boring. Vegetarian food options are also a bit limited.

The only sad part is to see that the ocean current bring a lot of garbage to the shore. The hotels clean their beach fronts but very late in the day so for early birds is not the best sight. Also there are many areas in between hotels that are not cleaned because those are not part of their beach front but all resorts along the beach shore should join efforts to clean the entire area.

Faultless. Not too much to say other than an excellent hotel right on the beach - everything very good. Plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

Room was great with a tub on the balcony and comfortable beds. Good selection at breakfast, and right on the beach. Staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. We left very early on our checkout day, before the restaurant opened, and they arranged for a take-away breakfast for us (without us having to ask).
