We came to Dubai and stayed Jumeirah mina a'salaam to celebrate my friends 30th birthday and the hotel did an amazing job to ensure she had a special time celebrating. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, we felt like royalty. There is no better service than the Jumeirah service. Having stayed at the Jumeirah hotels previously, I can honestly share that there is no better experience in Dubai. The quality of service and beauty of the hotels is unbeatable. We would like to thank the Cleaners for our room 327 during our stay, the personalised touches in our room did not go unnoticed. We really appreciate all the effort put in by each member of staff. The breakfast was also amazing, so much choice and once again amazing staff making sure we got our iced lattes! Moving on to the hotel facilities, the pools and beach experience were out of this world. The views from both were just amazing! One of our highlights was experiencing the voyager massage at Talise Spa!

Mina Al Salam is really well positioned along side other Jumeirah group hotels which means you have a wide range of pools to choose from and a fantastic extent of beach front to enjoy. Sitting below the Burj Al Arab you really have one of the most iconic views in Dubai. The best thing about the hotel was in our opinion the staff, they were without exception wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and attentive without being obtrusive or fussy. Leslie and his team at the pool took really wonderful care of us as did Benjamin at the front door. I was hugely impressed by all of them remembering our names and addressing us in person everyday. We had a very special stay indeed. The gym facilities our also great and for those with children of an age to enjoy a water park the easy access and free admission on a daily basis would be a real bonus. I would go back and recommend.

Our stay at Mina Al Salam Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, making us feel at home immediately. The housekeeping team, particularly Paulina and Varinsekhar, went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attention to detail truly stood out. The pool experience was equally impressive, with Ismail providing excellent service, always ensuring we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the sun. Special thanks to Affan, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and friendliness made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend Mina Al Salam for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam stay was very comfortable and convenient. We had a great stay as the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had alot of additional service as free entry to water park, afternoon tea, snacks bar available and the rooms were always clean. There was also madinat souk walking distance and had buggy service for jumeirah beach. So its really nice for family and kids to enjoy as everything is convenient.

We stayed at Mina As Salam for 6 nights with two children. On arrival the check-in staff was really good (Shamz) he offered us a free upgrade to an ocean deluxe room. The hospitality and service was excellent and there is no room for complaints. Service including Abra boats, buggies, free access to Wild Wadi and one day pass any of Dubai Parks and Resorts was all included in our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Mina As Salam and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling alone or with family.

I didn’t like the fact that as an Expedia gold member staying at this VIP property you have to ask if any upgrades are available. (As stated on Expedia to do so), only to be told that they know nothing about this as if you are asking for something totally unreasonable. Surely someone within Jumeirah could contact Expedia and sort this out as it happens all the time.

I have stayed at the Mina Salam three times and I absolutely love it. It’s a tasteful boutique Arabic style hotel. I have always booked club at the hotel but there has been some changes which I feel wasn’t worth the extra cost. The club lounge is ok if you want quiet time with some drinks and very small light snacks. This hotel is amazing

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, but there is one person on the reception team who is not welcoming at all.
When I arrived at the hotel, the first person was free, yet he just looked at me, not saying anything and not checking me in at all. He was not friendly and was very snobby. The other two were busy at the moment.

Lovely stay, this property is stunning, gorgeous decor and super clean. Overall staff were fabulous from Yana on reception to Afzal on the beach. Did note some reception staff being rude to other guests. Great rooms, spotless and cleaning staff amazing. Food top notch and again staff amazing. Would definitely stay again. Would like to point out that main pool not very kid friendly compared to other Jumeriah hotels and also the decking got very hot, should be looked at as there are no warning signs and children (and adults) could easily burn feet if no shoes. Beach staff were also great, although one day was disappointed to see at least 10 sun beds “reserved” all day for people who didn’t appear. Caused some issues with people complaining. Not a good look for a five star hotel. Small issues but overall great stay and would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel and amenities. The staff were so accommodating. We had specific dietary requirements and the staff in the kitchen and all of the managers in the kitchen area went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for.

Service in the hotel was slow, we have to call 2 times for our luggage when we check in, they did not know where our luggage was. Beach restaurant service was bad, waiter did not attend to us for a very long time, we had to wave them down few times but still didn’t get them over so we walk away from our table.
