Room was for 4 people for a sports comp in Hobart. Pricing was best in Hobart as we required 4 beds, room was comfortable for the time we were in it, and most importantly clean. Swimming pool was clean, cold but good for the 2 of us that used it. Will stay again.

Booked a Deluxe double room and facilities were ideal for our stay. The room was clean, with fridge, microwave, tv and bowls, plates and cutlery. Ample car parking and very little street noise. Plenty of flyers within reception for ideas on what to visit within Tasmania.
Reception was very helpful and a request to stay an extra night in the same room was able to handled on the spot. Overall, only have positives from the stay and will be looking at stay there on my next visit to Hobart.

Bathroom was appalling. When the shower turned on black grime started dripping down the shower curtain as well as the tiles covered in grime making it slippery
The bedding under the sheet was yellow and the room covered in dust Cutlery had to be washed before usage as it was filthy
Budget accommodation fair enough but hygiene should be a must. The shared balcony made it impossible to open the curtain as you could see straight in side my room

Suggestions. Move closet so when in bed you can then see all of the tv.Warn guests not to open a window,as smokers use the balcony ,and the smoke comes straight in.

We stayed just one night. We have recently travelled through UK and these facilities were so much better for a third of the price. The rooms are roomy with a very comfortable sofa, table and chairs, fridge and decent bathroom which was very clean. Would stay again.

I liked the location and affordability. There were some nice features including a microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc.
Floor coverings and curtains were modern and nice.

The price was very reasonable but the room was very small for two adults. As it was for only one night it was OK. We could not sit at the table for our breakfast as there was only room for one chair and to boil the kettle we had to sit it on the floor to leave room for the toaster.
I would not class this as a double room.. I have used this before and this is the second time my partner has stayed here, we would stay again due to the price.

Lovely hotel for our short stay after a late arrival into Hobart. Staff were very helpful for our late arrival and had the key ready to go.

We were given Room 1, which had the best waterfront view of the Derment River. Overall, quite good for 3 star rated Motel.
Limited carparking, but they are upgrading and extending a further car parking area.
Only Cereal in small packets and white toast bread and toppings available to self-serve in your room. No dining facility available. The throw rug to keep warm with hadn't been washed for a long time and had a terrible odor, but they promptly gave us another one the next day after we mentioned the problem to them. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view was not of the lake. The view was of the home next door that had a not so nice for a backyard. with a paddock on the side with dumped cars and the side where our unit was supposedly unit near the cottage that had several others inside of it was the rubbish bins and old water tanks, not aa pleasant site. The towels had a bad smell. The room was very old, however , it was clean.

Over all, very comfortable, clean, only quite a bit of traffic noise.

The only thing i didnt like was the lack of dining facilities near by so to have alcohol you had to be careful with your consumption or order takeaway.
