Excellent Juhu Location - great service overall. Breakfast & F&B service levels needs serious upgrade. Rooms can be terribly small. Clean property.

They charged very high amount for complimentary items

The hotel is part of a chain of hotel so do be precise when telling the tax driver. You might end up at the wrong Bawa Hotel. The hotel is good and in a very relaxed neighourhood. The beach is 5 min walk away. The room itself was not very spacious, but it did for me for a night.

Sadly just a one night stay. I was upgraded to a suite, which was gorgeous. The staff are helpful and the breakfast delicious.

Clean and tidy, but my single room was very noisy day and night so that sleep was an issue. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Located well by popular Juhu beach.

This is a good cheap no frills option located near Juhu Beach. Rooms are small and basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Walking distance to a number of dining options and Juhu Beach. Would recommend.

This Hotel is ok, breakfast very simple, rooms are very small, I had to call front desk 3 times to fix my TV, no good view from the room, shower had bathtub My husband has leg injuries so he was having shower problems, requested to change room but did not get to much help from the staff.I would not stay here again.

The hotel is located in busy area. Very clean and good food but complementary breakfast very limited range rather poor. The hotel has no pool or any other where a person can relax no garden or openspace.

We love the Bawa Continental for our family! The super deluxe room with bedroom and living (and 2 bathrooms) is super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. Hotel is in a great location and very clean. Staff is awesome! We'll be back.

Tv did not work The smell of cigarette smoke was on the corridor seeping thru into the bedroom as they allowed guests to smoke inside the hotel. Mattress was poor as you could feel the springs right through

Just simple and straight forward and feel like home

The air conditioning of my room was not functional for 2 days. Even after various reminders nothing was done from the end of the hotel. Very bad experience

customer service was the worst, lazy, rude, unbothered, schemish, sly, scrupulous and unhelpful. room service never comes, bell boy doesnt make an effort, front desk staff are so charlatan. seedy hotel. unhygienic. stuffiness AC lack of ventilation dustiness musty smell made me ill. majorly overpriced for the dump it is. the only thing working for it is the location. great location in juhu. other than that - is a nightmare. unless you're fine with absolute dumps - do not book. its not doable for the average person.

I was forced to pay an advance or block my card against the amount a day prior to check-in after confirming the booking by Hotels.com else the Hotel would have canceled Seems a major coordination on terms between the Hotel and Hotels.com

Excellent in all respects

We had two rooms booked and they never responded to email request for early check in or airport pickup. Took 4 hours to check in.

Close to the beach and restaurants.

Affordable clean contemporary fixtures and excellent location. Breakfast should start at 7 am

Parking was a bit of a hassel but then again its mumbai parking is a problem everywhere. I didnt have enough time to .... so didnt taste the food

not good area

The hotel name makes it sounds like a big hotel but it is not. It was located along the street with a signage and its is just enough for you to see it if your car is slow enough. The lobby is located inside the street hence you cannot see it along the road. It is a very old hotel. You can tell from the design. However, it was very clean. All staff were very friendly. From the guard outside to consignee and house keeping. I booked a queen bed room. Again you can see that the interior is old but it was very clean. No weird smell at all even in the toilet. You can find most of the amenities you want except that i have to request for room slipper and hair dryer. The house keeping was thorough too. The location of the hotel is good. Around 15 mins walk to the beach. You can also find all kinds of eating place and a wine store just around the corner. Starbucks is just next to the hotel at a stone throw away distance. Overall,i will choose to stay in this hotel again for my next trip.

The safe in my room was also non-functional (battery ran out?). The security guard at the entrance was friendly and would always greet me with a smile whenever I entered or exited the hotel.
