Great location. Appreciated having evening drinks and snacks and breakfast buffet in the morning.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. Convinient location, next to Riverwalk. Breakfast is tasty and there are complimentary drinks for dinner. A bit dissappointed in cleaniness, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Also, there could be low soft pillows added to the bad, all pillows are high and hard. Overall, very good stay.

We were there for a half marathon and were looking forward to enjoying the rooftop hottub which was not working ..... hmm
The hot water was really dufficult to get going as well.
The happy hour and the breakfast room staff were terrific

The service was amazing. Our room was clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Front staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water in our room for shower.

I understand it’s an older hotel that was once a bank. Didn’t spend much time in the room. Out and about. One thing I admired about this place, every staff member was kind and helpful. Excellent customer service and accommodating!!!

Adam at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, supportive, compassionate, and caring towards me and my children. He ensured that our stay was safe and comfortable.

We had a wonderful breakfast as well as snacks and 3 drink tickets daily from 5:30-7:00. The “snacks” were tacos and all the trimmings one evening and meatballs, potatoes and vegetables another evening. Close access to Riverwalk was another plus…we will definitely stay here again!

The Hotel was an amazing experience overall. It neighbors the historic Riverwalk and is literally an 8 minute walk to the Alamo and an 8-9 minute walk (if you choose to) to the H.E.B. market. Staff is excellent and very friendly.

This hotel is nice. But not great. Address that hotel.com gives you is a door that you need a room key. The way into the hotel is their a parking area. Just weird and cumbersome. Also not sure why hotel.com doesn’t clearly state that valet is only hotel parking.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The service was great from check-in to check out. Hotel was clean and in a great location with access to the Riverwalk without being in the busy part of the Riverwalk area.

We enjoyed this hotel. It was steps from the Riverwalk and only a few blocks from the Alamo. The breakfast was delicious and offered anything you could want. The evening kickback was a pleasant surprise! Views for the rooftop were amazing! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Despite the fact that it is an old building, it is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. They include a microwave and refrigerator. The roof top spool and hot tub were so relaxing. They also have a small area in the lobby to buy water and snacks. The FREE breakfast and happy hour are another added bonus! The best part is that the Riverwalk is right there. You can walk everywhere! We will definitely sat again when we visit San Antonio. FYI: There is a $39 per night parking fee (valet).

Property is unique and attractive. Good value for money. Breakfast enjoyable and tasty. Good location for walk ability to sights shopping and dining. All staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered anywhere. Loved Julie Ann at the front desk and housekeeper whose name I’m not sure was an absolute sweetheart. Had a great stay so thank you!

Everyone from the valet to the front desk do even the Maid Service or just awesome. They’re so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city and activities that we asked for. The food is very good. The drinks were even better. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there, and we will definitely be back for sure.

Beautiful restored hotel… friendly and responsive staff. Special thinks to guest services Andrew Jackson service with our luggage so we could enjoy the Alamo for a couple of hours.

If you drive a truck that is bigger that a 150 they will not park it in the parking garage so be prepared to find parking else where and the furniture in the room is very uncomfortable but the beds are good. Free drinks and food are a nice touch and make it worth the stay.
