The hotel suite was perfect for a larger family and it was very convenient to the Mall, which was our main Edmonton destination. The hot breakfast was perfect to start our days. However, the hot tub wasn't accessible on the first night and the pool was closed as well for two nights of our stay.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They greeted us every time we left and came back. Upon check in, they asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned every other day or daily, we chose daily because there’s four of us and they did an amazing job every day. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, the pool was ok but not the greatest. Overall it was a great stay for our family. I would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Edmonton.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was as described and relatively clean. Access to WEM was excellent. Sound proofing could use an upgrade as all 4 of us were woken repeatedly by both outside noise from cars and inside noise from the hallways ie. Other guests and slamming doors. Dining area for the breakfast was packed and there didn't appear to be anyone cleaning tables for those guests that chose to leave there mess behind and not take their dishes to the cleaning station. Considering the breakfast was included it had a decent selection but i found the quality of the warm offerings to be below average. My kids did enjoy the waffle station though. Pool area was enjoyed by our kids with ample seating. Check out was just as easy as check in although after loading our car, we thought that we had forgotten something in our room and waited at the front desk for about 8 minutes because it was left unattended.

I enjoyed the updated rooms, last stayed at property 6 years ago.. Also the tea and coffee available at the front is a nice amenity.

The only negative issue was the pool onsite had matinenance and communication on this was conflicting. They allowed us to use the pool at the hotel nearby.

Fridge made noises all night. Handle is shower was broken, if someone needed it to mobilize in the shower it would just break off

The pool was a great way to end our day and they had an amazing breakfast bar will definitely visit again!

Most outstanding: All staff were very friendly and very accommodating, especially Katherine (Kath) during our arrival (on August 2nd) and on the morning of our departure (August 4th), and another registration desk clerk during the night shift on Saturday evening, August 3, 2024. FYI Note: The faucet at bathroom sink was very slow, not troublesome but should be fixed prior to new tenants. Also, the seam between the tub and the tub surround needs new silicone (or similar caulking) in a couple to spots. If ignored, it will be costly to repair in the near future.

The pool was out of service during our stay. They did have access to the pool at their neighbour hotel. Breakfast was great! Food tasted great and the coffee was really good!

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only minor issue was that it was always difficult to find a place to sit at breakfast.

Love the breakfast options! Was a great stay. Our room was right next to housekeeping storage and we did hear quite a few bangs throughout the night but Otherwise, it was a lovely room!

Staff was friendly and room was clean. No microwave in the room which limited some options for food (not a problem, just a preference), but lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

This hotel was only a couple minutes from the WEM. The breakfast was well stocked and the area was clean. There was regular and chocolate flavoured waffle batter, which was neat. And whipped cream for the waffles, as well. We had a king room which had a comfortable bed, large TV and lots of space. The shower was also very large. I would return.

My car was parked right in the light and a street walker got into my car and dug threw everything and made a mess!!

Grate and helpful staff. The A/C would turn off if we were not in the room and wouldnt run consistently at night. It was hot!
