Awesome hotel on mount Rigi.Pool & spa very nice with view.Nice breakfast , friendly staff Good restaurant. If you stay with hotel also get discount for the train to mount Rigi. We will definitely go back again :)

Overall good experience. The hike up to the top of the mountain is incredible. Very easy to get up to the hotel and back down. The room was a little stuffy and the bed could’ve been more comfortable.

Great hotel and location. Spa should be open later that’s the only thing to do there in the hotel.

Decent but missing the mark. The spa closes too early. I go to a hotel spa at the end of a day to relax and sleep, not to necessarily spend the whole day. Our room view was obstructed by scaffoldings. Not what I was expecting.

Everything was excellent except for the service (receptionist). We have enjoyed every minute of our stay except when we checked out. We inquired if it is possible to extend even for an hour and would understand if we were denied. The way she responded to our query however was a big disappointment. With a very serious face, with no questions asked and explanation given, she simply said one word - "no". There was not even a thank you nor a smile from her as we settled the account. This is the first time I have encountered such "arrogant - stern looking" person manning the front desk of a hotel.

Booked this hotel as directly connected to the baths. Central location right by the cable car. Rooms are relatively basic and the walls thin - you can hear you neighbours well. Menu that was posted outside hotel was outdated and certain dishes not available - when mentioning this to staff on check-out they did not seem too bothered. The baths are in a super location with stunning views - ticked off the list, but not a hotel I'd rush to return to

The hotel is a lovely mix of old chalet style and new spa finishes. All the benefits of a fantastic spa, in a grand space with amazing views. End the day in a homely chalet environment. The restaurant service was excellent and really looked after us, especially with gluten free requirements. I was still able to have a burger and chips all GF :) In the morning the breakfast buffet was adequate with a continental selection aswell as a small hot buffet of eggs. The staff were extremely helpful and always took time to talk and share any good travel tips. This is our second time and i’m sure not the last.

The spa is just ok - pretty crowded and lukewarm/tepid water. It’s not one I’d go to again. The restaurant at the place across the other side of the rail line is great though - I’d eat there if you’re in this area.

But staff was friendly once we got hoit table. Meal was OK. By the breakfast they start to make clean up half an hour before breakfast ends. But we were pretty happy with this stay.

Great hotel, with lovely alpine views, two minutes walk from railway station and also cable car station, large and comfortable room, lovely breakfast, great bar and restaurant, lovely staff, excellent swimming pool. Unable to fault.

Beautiful view from the bedrooms. Hot spas amazing experience and very clean.

The rooms are very stark but clean. You stay here for the view and the spa. Hotel guests are allowed to use the spa for free. The breakfast buffet is good. My only complaint is that I could not access the internet, otherwise all was good.

Directl connected to the cable car station and train. Spa connected to the hotel with free access. Nice reataurant and good breakfast

Extraordinary staff - very friendly, very flexible, particularly the barman. The Spa is amazing, it was foggy and rainy during our stay, a perfect situation to spend at a Spa.

I am so glad that I got to stay at this hotel. Sure it is not the five star luxurious hotel but it has characters. I loved the view from the bar. I loved that I get to go to the spa in robe. It is right by the cable car station and the train station so it was easy to access also.
