Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well, not noisy. Bathroom clean and bright. Bedside clock was defective, ran very fast. Glad we didn’t depend on it for morning alarm.

I was on a business trip and stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival the staff was okay, I didn't have much interaction except checking in and out with staff. However, I was amazed at how clean the hotel was from the lobby, eating area, and room. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel. Side note, over time, hotels fall from great track records to lower numbers. This hotel can remain clean and tidy as long as management encourages staff and maintains their excellent track record.

1st time staying in an IHG hotel and it did not disappoint. The room was modern and clean. Staff were nice and the breakfast bar was very yummy. Will add to my rotation of hotels when traveling!

I arrived at the hotel at 5 PM, the front desk associate told me the room you booked is not available. You have to wait 30-45 to get it ready. Having two kids and drove for 10 hours and hear that was not something we were expecting. I have an autistic child she is very sensitive with waiting, she was constantly crying why are we sitting in the car for another 45 minutes.

The hotel is in renovation. No one said that. Shuttle does not operate on weekends. No one said so.

The hotel is under major renovation in the lobby and first floor and dust everywhere. That should be disclosed on the website. Also, i arrived late and quoted a rate of $188 plus tax to book directly with the hotel. I explained that I found a rate of $111 including tax on expedia, but they could not match that. So, I stood at the counter and booked directly with expedia. That just doesn't make sense

The price of this hotel is outrageous considering all the drywall and construction dust covering everything in the lobby. I never would've stayed here had I know how much construction was on going here.

We’ve stayed several times. Consistent product and service. Our family always have a great time. Great experience for the price.

Lobby was undergoing construction. Parking was limited and the lot area was full of trash. Elevator floors were sticky. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly but we too exhausted to complain last night. Night front desk was rude. Overall customer experience was not good. We will never come back to his hotel again.

It was great ... comfortable and stylish yet cozy and spacious. The room was very clean and the bathroom was as well. It had extra towels and a very bright light which was great for applying make-up. I loved that it had Dove products and it was better than the small ones other hotels leave in there. All in All it was a great time and will definitely book again!
