I reserved and paid with a card and was made to give an additional cash deposit of $100. Upon leaving i asked about the deposit. I waited for housekeeping to inspect the room and was told there was a wet stain on the sheet and i was not getting the deposit back. Given the sub par condition of the facility and lack of cars in the parking I assume this is their way of making an extra dollar. Would not reccomend thus property to anyone.

Property is located in busy area. Rooms are fairly nice. Property used to be a Hampton Inn, Close to Restaurants and shopping. Property could stand a fresh coat of paint. But overall very good for the price. Would stay again.

The carpet was sticky, the bathroom needs fixing, the order was terrible, no coffee pot or coffee for guests except in the am and when I told the girl the coffee was out she was very rude. I will not stay here again.!!

I didn't like having to give them a credit card so they could charge me more for "incidentals" if they had needed to without me knowing for sure they wouldn't just use it willy nilly. Not very trusting.

We killed cockroaches in our room. We even left a dead one by the television so housekeeping could see

Had to see my dog I have stayed at 4 motel 6 in the last 3 weeks and this was the only one that had to see her

This hotel is one of the better Motel 6 facilities I've stayed in for the price. I've stayed here several times as a halfway point on a long drive to visit family. It's clean, comfortable, and good for the budget with a fair price. The front desk clerk is always nice and friendly. This hotel is perfect for my mid trip resting spot.

Decent hotel for the price.

The room was great. Only thing we didn’t like was the cigarette smoke smell everywhere. It was in the parking lot, lobby, check-in counter, hallway and elevator

Recently stayed at the Motel 6 Conway because we needed a pet friendly hotel in a pinch. When checking in we were told by the receptionist that she needed to take pictures of our dogs to send to the hotel manager who will then WATCH US ON THE CAMERA FROM THEIR HOME. That’s a first for us and we stay at many pet friendly hotel chains. We were sent to the third floor, which had the strongest odor of marijuana, and then were given a room that reeked of dog and felt super unclean. We didn’t even want to walk on the floor barefoot. The furniture is damaged and dingy. Everything smells of dog. I had to go down to the Kroger to buy Lysol disinfectant sprays and air fresheners because leaving want an option and we wanted to make it somewhat better. Like I previously mentioned; we stay at pet friendly hotels often and they have never smelled of dog and felt unclean like this one did. Only Pros would be the price, no pet fees, and that there is plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also, the bed linens and bathroom were clean at least.

The things I have poorly to say about the property, and this is just my opinion, is I was not able to check in early, they didn’t offer continental breakfast, and I didn’t receive a bottom floor as requested. On that note, I arrived between 12:30-1pm but absolutely under no circumstances could or was allowed to check in until after 3pm. Next, the only breakfasts ,per se, was coffee. Not every one drinks coffee. A Motel that looked this nice and had a huge lobby with a bar (table), numerous tables and chairs appeared to have served breakfast, in my opinion, except when they are fully booked. There was several baseball/softball tournaments going on this weekend that I was there. Finally, I did not receive the accommodations that I asked for; which was to be placed on the bottom floor. I was not given any reason why nor, did I ask. My fault on that one. Oh one more thing I didn’t like being guilty of something that I was not guilty of. I don’t like the $150 EXTRA deposit for “JUST IN CASE” there is an issue. I am not in a habit of tearing up public things in places. Staff was ok, rooms were clean and the motel as a whole. Even though this was a well cleaned motel I will think it over beforehand to stay in this motel again.

Nice property. The “motel” name doesn’t do this justice. Will be staying again when and if I need too.

i was early on my arrival and they let check in before 3:00 pm it has been remodeled and up graded

the hotel was physically nice. A little worn but that comes with a value "play" that is not brand new. The person at the desk was all right. The person later in the day helped me with some "issues". The remote control was broken on the TV and would not change channels. she got the TV going again, but I could not figure out how to change the channels. It was a broken remote with duct tape helping it stay together. Outisde of that it was a good stay.

Friendly staff and very helpful on details of all amenities. Toilet seat was super loose otherwise no other complaint(s).

Best motel 6 that ive seen and ive been everywhere man

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was pretty hard but for the money it was a good place to spend a night.

Wasn’t happy about the surprise $100 deposit.

No breakfast, no coffee maker in the room. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The only time there was coffee was at 6:00 am

It was the worst they were rude. they demanded a 100 dollar deposit before they would check us in. the room stunk smelled like mildew the beds were awful we got no sleep .were were going to stay three nights but checked out the next morning. we asked for none smoking room which they gave us but on the smoking floor so you could smell the smoke.

The entrance had a horrible strong smell of cigarettes that made me start coughing so much that I nearly threw up.

No shampoo or conditioner and hot water was at best lukewarm and no comforter just a sheet and blanket

The beds were horrible, the first room the fan squealed, the drain plug was broken in the second. Drywall was cracking, the entire 3rd floor smells like smoke though many of the rooms are non smoking, if the rooms smell like smoke you should be allowed to smoke in them. No late checkouts, and they sure do rush you out! I had an alarm set to give us half an hour to get packed, as we had just checked in not 8 hours before checkout, and they called almost an hour before checkout, then knocked on the door half an hour before, and again 15 minutes before checkout. Very much unimpressed. The owners are too cheap to even maintain the pool, and closed it instead of taking care of it.

the hotel staff was very friendly at check in. The hallway did smell like cigarette smoke but was not very strong. The room was clean. the only thing is there was not a hair dryer, might have been one available at the front desk just didn't ask.

We were very happy with our stay. No frills but it was clean, felt safe, great location and the price was excellent.

Front staff ugly!

I wasn’t terribly dirty but it was run down. It was beaten up and holes and I couldn’t even stay the whole time. I left early. So hotel owners a little information of smoke and heat. Smoke and heat both rise. So when you place all of you smoking rooms on the first floor the smoke rises up to the second and third floors. Also when you have non smoking rooms you should also enforce the no smoking in those rooms. When I was loading and un loading my vehicle because I had a pageant to do I had ten bags between everything. So to put in the room and go to do makeup then to go to page at I passed the front desk 15-20 times and I only saw someone twice. Once when I checked in and once when I was leaving at 3 in the morning because I couldn’t stand the smoke and my headache anymore. I would not stay at this hotel. Also the toilets are kids toilets that they use in preschools. Very cheap remodel.
