it’s my first time visiting indonesia. soekarno-hatta airport didn’t really impress me, but my first stay at this hotel gave me the best impression of indonesia. i wouldn’t say the facilities here are top-notch, and for some, it might feel lacking. but for me, it’s one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. it’s a bit old, but the room was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and comfy. the breakfast isn’t something i’d call amazing, but for budget-conscious travelers, it’s a pretty solid choice. the hotel is on a huge property, which can make it hard to find your way around, and you might have to walk quite a bit to get to your room. there’s nothing much around the hotel, and since there’s no convenience store inside, getting what you need might be tricky. the front desk staff are super friendly. their english isn’t perfect, but they try their best to help you out. a few female staff working in the morning greet guests with the warmest smiles and kind service. one of them even pronounced a perfect korean word while helping me, which was really touching. i didn’t get her name, but her beautiful face, sweet voice, and kindness left me with an amazing experience of this hotel and indonesia as a whole.

Best experience in Indonesia hotel. All workers are very kind. Big building with all cleaness status. Comfortable utilities everywhere, beautiful designs all over. Variable tasty breakfast menus. Durian cafe also best for many eatables with Durians. Boring rooftop was unexpected. Maybe some musics needed. Too tired to check aircondition remote controller, but it were not working well. Made 21degrees to got heavy flu afterall. Very sad it was critical defect at this travel schedule. Far from good transportation can forget when comes here. When have chance next time, will more prepare to enjoy more here facilities.

This is one of the best places to stay if u have a flight or in u have a transit in jakarta . Do not miss the hot pool

Beautiful hotel with everything needed right here- large comfortable room, spa with relaxing massages, swimming pool, hot & cold whirlpools, drugstore, delicious food restaurants. Plus, a great shuttle service to &from the airport.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We stayed at FM7 resort hotel for one night since we had an international flight in the afternoon from Jakarta airport. The rooms are very big and quite clean. They are a bit noisy in the morning, though. We enjoyed the pool and spa while we were waiting for the time to go the airport. Breakfast was ok. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, but it is a bit complicated to arrange
