Wasnt the greateat for the price. Converted weekly rate and it showed. Vinyl flooring/ threshold in to the bathroom held down by duct tape. Lam by bed didnt work(outlets did), ironing board cover was old, AC was 9k when it worked. People having loud party in room next to me till 3am. Water pressure was bad in shower, small sink. Office closes at 1030p and no number for contact after hours in room.

The room was clean and spacious. I loved the lounging chair in the room. The owners were helpful and sincere. It was close enough to downtown Erie and also to the wineries.

It was nice and had a good time. Great breakfast with danish, coffee, fruit and more. It was nicely decorated in the breakfast room and clean. Ladies were nice. I just took one point off because of the disappointment of not having a screen door when others had it, but was explained that the storm blew the door off. If I were to stay again, I’d probably want to have an end room rather than the one in middle. And also would have liked to have a hook on the door in the bathroom area to hang a bath robe. Looks like there might’ve been one previously that was no longer there. But everything else was nice and the room was nice and people were nice.

Very clean and the property was well maintained. Beds were a bit stiff but pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is clean and amenities recently renovated. Only concern was we payed for three guests but only had towels for two. Had to dry after shower with two hand towels

The motel tries. It was kinda updated but still has the rundown motel feel. The mattress cover was urine stained. The walkway in the corner of the motel also smelled of urine. The trash cans outside were overflowing and so smelled. We stayed Labor Day weekend and the room was definitely not with the $200+ a night we paid. Front desk staff were friendly. Lobby looks like it’s from the 70’s, outdated and stinky.

Great location, this is not part of a chain, and it doesn’t have every amenity, however, the staff is exceptionally nice, the rooms are clean and well appointed.

Very comfortable. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable (Old school). The heated pool was actually the best part being a hot day. The staff also went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. For the price (cheap), this is a diamond in the rough!

Room was very nice! Very clean! Owners were wonderful and kind! Breakfast not so good! Just cereal and muffins- if that’s what u like it would be ok! All in all we would absolutely stay again!!

A little disappointed with the room(51) end unit was not comfortable with decor and noise. The issue was corrected by the owner to a lovely room (38) which was very comfortable and pleasing. The staff is wonderful. The bathrooms are new and attractive and great blackout shades! Still needs a decor update in the lobby and furnishings but that comes in time.

We reserved late afternoon for the night on a long driving day thru rural areas taking our student back to school. After stopping for a late dinner 90 minutes away, I saw an email confirmation that said the reception closed at 10pm. As we would not make it before then, I called and the receptionist said they would wait up for us as we were arriving by 10.30. We were grateful. When we got into our room, the first thing we noticed was that the advertised queen bed was, in fact a full bed. The room was clean. Bathroom seems recently renovated. Shower was great. Unfortunately, the walls seem paper thin. Our neighbors on both sides arrived around 11:15 and had loud conversations for about an hour. We heard every word. Staff was very pleasant, but I wouldn’t stay here again if we pass this way another time.

We were accomodated with our requests. It was very nice to work with someone who seemed to genuinly care about satisfying their customers. The rooms are small but they were perfect for us. The pool was also very clean and the children enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast was very simple but it had all that was needed to continue on our way. If you are travelling and want to take a night in erie i would recommend this place.

This was my second time staying there. We love it there. Will definitely go back next year. Close to everything. Rooms are clean, and staff is very nice. Nice pool also.

Very unique place, eclectic style. Very clean, very dated furnishings but functional enough. The gentleman who checked us in (owner?)was super nice and informative and seem genuinely concerned that we had the best experience. Beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine, the fruit was fresh and the “dining room” was reminiscent of a home in the 80’s. The best part was the pool which was clean and maintained well and heated! For the price it was really quite nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget just looking for an comfortable overnight stay before heading to your destination.

My kids are so sad to leave. They had a wonderful time especially in the pool. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and kind. Their main focus was on providing us the best experience possible. Our happiness was their biggest concern.

They could use some more towel racks in bathroom. Plus in shower could use to hooks for wash cloths they have command stick on hooks at Walmart an Lowe’s. They stick great to tile and are not expensive…

This place was amazing. Very nice workers. The hotel was very clean. The pool was clean also.

I didn't like the air conditioner. I like it to stay on not keep shutting off. It got stuffy every time it shut off. The location didn't allow for me to feel the air when it was on. Room was nice and shower was spacious.

The room was clean with some updates. It had the basics needed for a 2 day stay. It had an outdoor pool which was well kept. . It was close to Presque Isle. A light breakfast was provided , coffee, juice , fresh fruit, danish, cereal ,,etc. I had forgotten clothes in closets when I checked out and they contacted me promptly before I left the Erie area. My only complaint was the beds were hard and not enough hooks to hang towels,etc in bathroom. Also limited space for bathroom supplies.
