Excellent. Comfy beds, helpful front desk, nice big hot tub, yummy breakfast (even included cooked cinnamon apples, kielbasa, and little omelette). We’ll be back!

I’ve stayed here twice now, every time we travel to Busch Gardens. This will most likely be my go to hotel. Very clean, I love that it’s walking distance to good food and snacks. Overall, I enjoy this hotel a lot!

Had a birthday party for seven 13 year old girls! Amazing accommodations and location was perfect for attractions!

This hotel was fine for a family weekend at W&M. It is safe and easy to park, convenient to the college and many areas of Williamsburg. We didn't spend much time here but it was a good choice. Good breakfasts too! It is not a luxury hotel but a good clean option.

One night stay was very nice. The free breakfast was also great!

The staff was very nice and helpful. We were asked if we would prefer a 1st or 2nd floor room. He gave us a room close to the elevator. It made it a lot easier to bring suitcases from the car.

Second time staying here. Nice hotel but we had a gew issues this trip. TV would constantly disconnect from router making it hard to watch TV. The keys are VERY sensitive snd it they are anywhere near your electronics they wont work. We went through 4 keys in one night. Never hold your phone and key in the same hand. Lastly the pool was too cold. Hot tub was great. Staff was nice.

Room was clean and smelled nice. No shower curtain and stood at the front desk for a bit with no one ever coming. Free breakfast was decent too. Overall, id recommend this hotel.

Clean and quiet. Beds were comfy and location was great, close to Colonial Williamsburg and restaurants. The decor is slightly dated and the breakfast was just okay. Staff were friendly. We were satisfied.

This hotel is a hidden gem!! Stayed there for a weekend with 5 children and the studio suite was still spacious enough for us to spread out and not feel crammed on top of each other. My children even commented on how clean and beautiful the property is (whoever decorated the inside did an outstanding job). Friendly staff and great amenities - loved the pool and the hot tub and my teenage boys spent alot of time in the workout room. My only very minor issue is that there was no shower gel in my bathroom - only shampoo and conditioner but that is just majoring in the minors. The location was excellent - plenty of dining options - (try Roccos - the brisket melts in your mouth) including a Golden Corral, Mexican restaurant, Hooters, and several breakfast options. Right up the street from Ripleys Believe it or Not , about 25 minutes from Yorktown Beach and about 10-15 minutes from Busch Gardens. It is in the historic district but right off the main street so its quiet and super convenient. Great value! I think we have found our williamsburg hotel - we will be back!!

Everything was wonderful and everyone was so nice. For the first time staying at a hotel we had no problem. Comfortable rooms great breakfast.

Very nice hotel, looks like its fairly new. Lobby decor is decorated really cool. The rooms are spacious. Beds a little soft and pillows way to soft, but we were here only a couple nights. We would come stay again!

Large room and spacious bathroom. Clean

No hand soap or bar, the bathroom curtain had stains, rooms were not deep cleaned. Just on the surface to make the room ready for next guests. The lobby had a really bad smell of a very old and outdated on the beach property. Not welcoming. If it was not for the non refundable reservation, I would’ve turned back. Cable TV was out and no smart TV available to even use Netflix, Hulu or any other apps. The hotel needs some updating. Breakfast was average. I prefer SpringHill and Hampton inn breakfasts.

We booked one night on our way to vacation. The room was dirty. I clean all surfaces myself with Clorox. When we moved the sofa to plug in a c pap machine we found dead roaches stuck to a sticky trap and tons of old food. The room had no hot water, we all took cold showers, was dirty and the tv was out throughout the entire hotel. Overall bad stay. We travel a lot so we know good from bad and this was the worst.

The property was beautifully managed, staff were all helpful though we had no issues, if I had a question they readily assisted me. The cleaning staff were very diligent and polite, it was all clean in our suite and all around the Hotel. We stayed for 5 days, breakfast was good not mucj of a variety but tasty and its included so no complaints! The only issue I had ( my kids did not care) was the pool water temp was extremely cold, in my opinion indoor pools should not be that cold since it has the disadvantage of being " indoor". My kids being kids adapted quickly and enjoyed it but they also had to dip in thw hot tub frequently! The hot tub was great and that was my immediate go to. It wasn't crowded but we also intentionally chose dates when we figured school sessionn would start for many and it was PERFECT!! We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend and plan to return next year again!

The pool area needs repairs and the suite we stayed at with the sofa bed needs a better mattress.
