Very close to train station and walking distance to many restaurants. I appreciated the amenities bar for toiletries and things and the nightgown for guests. I barely needed to open my luggage except for change of underwear and socks

Perfect neighborhood: most excellent Ramen around the corner from hotel!! Also the temple Naritasan Shinsho-ji is a must see…especially for the lovely gardens and ponds (go off the paved areas & wander on dirt/cobbled stone paths)

Great customer service, I was tried to reach the by email, they were responded fast and details on my question. The room is comfortable and the location is convenience.

property was adequate for a Japanese business hotel. The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was average but still good. My flight arrived early in the morning and I requested an early check in. The room was available but the early check in would be expensive. So I walked around the town a bit and came back to hotel. It was just over an hour before check in time and I couldn’t stay awake. I had to pay to check in 75 minutes early. Is this normal in Japan? Unsatisfied. I would go back there though as the previous hotel in the area was the same although they let me check in a bit early for free! Whoopee!

Overall good location near train station and upkeep is good. Only minor gripe is they seem to allocate lousy rooms to foreigners eg 2nd floor with view of a bicycle shed. Stayed here several times and each time it happens

While it is not a large international brand, the room was nice and clean with adequate space. Breakfast was good and the hotel provides airport transportation in the morning. We took regular Keisei train from Narita International Airport to Keisei Narita Station (5-7 minutes ride) and less than 5 minutes walk from the station. There are plenty of restaurants near the station. Very good value for the money.

We were very pleased with our two night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything, even coming to help when we were having trouble with the elevator.

Very convenient for Narita airport and Narita train station. We love to stay here when we have a flight out of NRT the next day. The rooms at Richmond are larger than a lot of typical Japanese rooms such as APA. Very clean and comfy

Loved this hotel. Old world charm and great location. We did not realize that restaurants do not open early for breakfast so I would recommend opting to include breakfast at the hotel.

2 nights short stay in Narita, hotel is close to Keisei Narita train station,
Lobby is nice, Staffs are friendly and helpful, speaks good English...
Room is clean and bed is comfy...
Breakfast at the hotel (surcharge) is GOOD...
walkable to the old street Narita Omotesando with shops and places to eat and an old temple, but most close at 5pm...
Also bus station with direct bus (#6) to the AEON MALL...Can spend the day there...

Lovely quiet hotel near Narita station with a shuttle service to Narita airport. Nice town Centre with traditional attractions and plenty of restaurants Really enjoyed our two night stay

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is clean but very small. Walkable to train station, restaurants, and convenience store. We also walk to the temple, but it was a little far.

It’s a very nice hotel. The service is good and location is wonderful. But for some reason, their AC is not working properly, so we have to spend a night in a very hot room without working air condition. And it wasn’t fun during summer time. We’ve told the counter many times, but nothing was done to make the room cooler. So if it wasn’t for the AC issue, I would give five star rating.

Room was clean and tidy. Lighting was adequate. Room was a little small, perhaps that is typical for most japanese hotel rooms. Other than size, i have no other comments.
