Room was in need of an update looked out onto a carpark very dim lights. Single quilts on 3 quarter bed. Simple things like remote control wasn’t working just needed new batteries but could turn tv over or off had to go down to reception.

In general, such friendly, kind staff. The hotel is attractive, well-located and has a nice breakfast buffet. Everything was kept clean and tidy, I saw a coffee spill happen and ten minutes later the lift had no signs of it: miraculous!

The front desk personnel were very helpful, providing information about Glasgow and making arrangements. The room was fine. It was quiet, well stocked with coffee and water. When we mentioned that the soap dispenser had been taken off the wall and not replaced, it was fixed that day. The only service that was noticeably not helpful was their bar/restaurant.

We received a complimentary drink as we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. This was very unexpected and thoughtful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and such a huge choice of food at the continental buffet.

The hotel was full, so I ended up in one of the accessible rooms. It was well equipped, spacious and comfortable.
The hot pink decor was not a favorite with me, and the tan vinyl headboard with pink buttons… ?!
But the breakfast selection and quality was very good, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here a few years ago and returned again as I like the whole Hotel Indigo brand concept. This time around though a few things disappointed. I've summarised the pros and cons below:
Pros:
Friendly staff
Central location
Quiet room
Good breakfast options
Cons:
Lumpy uncomfortable mattress
TV had hardly any channels as either no signal or no access
Speakers in bathroom were isolated
Also during our two night stay there was a private party downstairs so we couldn't enjoy a late night drink from the bar as there was nowhere to sit.
A shame as we really enjoyed our first stay here. Standards have definitely slipped. Wouldn't rule out staying here again though if the price was decent enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. There is a parking garage across the street from the hotel that is super convenient for those renting cars. The hotel has a discount rate with the parking garage too.
The staff is especially friendly and helpful- Erin and Ella- thank you for your great advice and time.
The rooms are very nice, updated and very clean.
The restaurant is very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
The location is very close to everything too.

We have stayed at Indigo hotels all over America and other places always loved the experience.This hotel was such a disappointment it is so old and dated The first room had a weird smell and was dirty they did move us straight away the 2nd room a bit better well it didnt smell. Location not great still in City centre but a bit out if the way from the shops bout 15-20, minute walk Paid £209 for 1 night Definitely would not return

We enjoyed immensely our stay at the Indigo hotel. The people were very friendly. The room was meticulously clean. The breakfast was rich. The area was safe and full of dining options. Central train station, subway and buses were all nearby including the stop of the express bus to and from the airport. Overall we were extremely satisfied and we would return to this hotel.
