Very nice hotel convenient to town. The room was a good size with all the necessary conveniences. The restaurant and bar were great- food, service and decor were top-notch. Parking was available on he property.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful building, we were actually quite surprised by how much better it was than in the photos etc! Lovely staff and really really nice bar and restaurant. We were on a Motorbike so parking was super easy but have seen car parking is tight. Would highly recommend

Elena, the hotel receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. She pointed out how to walk to places in Killarney and offered us some tea upon arrival. She was outstanding!

Great location, poor customer service. Room was dirty, water left in kettle from previous customer. No tissue in bathroom. Tried calling front desk, no answer. Had to call from outside line to get an answer, frustrating experience

Loved the hotel and friendliness of staff. Bar and food were wonderful. Only downside was fitness center opened late so unable to use and parking hard.

It was nice to be pampered and well attended after a few bnbs. We finished Dingle loop early so we arrived early. Room wasn't ready but was told about Killarney House and Gardens. Nice walk and tour. Had lunch and room was ready. Very nice traditional hotel worth every penny. Staff was great. Breakfast in the morning was very good. They had the buffet which started at 7:30 but we were getting an early start and was served off the menu. Got a little noisy when the tour group came down to eat. We had finished our quiet full Irish breakfast by the time the crowd came in. Room alone was worth the price breakfast just added to the value.

This is an old historic hotel that has beautiful dining and bar architecture. The room we stayed in was on the top floor and nice and roomy with a well renovated bathroom and a view of the national forest and town square. The guest services is well done and courteous, but my only real complaint is the bar and dining staff, surprisingly it seems that they are disgruntled with frowns and would not come to the table. Plenty of bar tenders and we were able to overcome there lack of wait service by going directly to the bar, and I might add that the food was very good. Otherwise, it was good experience and would have given it a five star experience with better dining and bar service. I also might add that there was what I believe the wait staff manager that was very nice and working her tail off doing a lot of the work because the other waitresses were slow and not very productive.

Great location near town. Walkable to most places. Nice pub and great breakfast. Parking is tight and the rooms a bit small for our liking. A large or elderly person would have a hard time navigating the tub and shower that came with our room.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet, you’ll be able to sleep peacefully and comfortably. Areas is safe to go around, walkable to restaurants , convenient stores & gift shops. Parking is a bit tight, but manageable. I would definitely recommend this place!
