I LOVED Tasman! Never stayed in a Holiday Park before, but it was delightful to see accommodations for every type of traveler. Beautiful, well maintained, a VERY comfortable stay. Wish we'd stayed here for the 2 night previous instead of in Queenstown. Highly recommend

The owner was lovely. We’d accidentally booked a room with a shared bathroom. He pointed that out and upgraded us to a small cabin at no extra cost. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable. The only thing that didn’t work was the tv remote. I think the battery had died … we didn’t bother trying to sort it, it’s too lovely around there to be watching tv anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was immaculately clean. We enjoyed a hot tub one afternoon and recommend it. Such a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Kids enjoyed the chess and jumping pillow. I think the toilets and showers could be checked on more frequently as by 9am they weren't great..

We had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom in our motel unit was a little small but the room had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be an outside light as it was quute dark when we left and my Mum had trouble seeing the edge of the deck.

Wonderful, relaxed, clean, roomy, affordable. On the lake & 5-minute walk to downtown shops & restaurants. We spent 2 nights there & wish we could’ve stayed longer. Much better to use Te Anau than Queenstown as a base for seeing Milford Sound - it’s half the distance with cheaper accommodations if you book ahead.

Total rip-off! $300 per night and there was not even WATER!!!! No tap. No toilet. No basin. No shower. Not a drop.
The room was musty and stuffy, we had to sleep with the door open.
The only thing i can recommend is, don't go there!

Small camping/ camper/ chalet park.
Our chalet was basic (no loo or sink) which I didn’t realise when booking. Park did let me know this so I had the opportunity to change my mind. Check what you want on booking.
Hot tubs available at small extra charge are very good .

The three bedroom apartment was great. The only downside is other similar places to stay have a washer, dryer, and clothes drying rack included rather than access to a coin laundry

The holiday park was beautiful, the gardens were lush and there were plenty of amenities. The holiday park is across the road from the lake, near a park and an easy walk to town with young children.
We stayed in a three bedroom villa, unfortunately the trip was let down because the room cleanliness was shocking. The furniture, curtains and carpets were foul smelling, there was food splatter on the kitchen walls and leftover food on the benches. The sponge and tea towel were sodden and soiled. When asked to replace these items the reception supplied a new dish brush. There was plenty of dust which made for a sneezy trip.
One client member attempted to be helpful but the situation was not resolved.

Room & overall facility is cute, clean & comfortable. Staff & other visitors are kind. This is a perfect overnight stopover if you don’t want to do Queenstown to Milford Sound & back in a single day.

Unit was very cold inside when we arrived on a cold day - would have been a nice touch if heater was turned on - even at 2pm checkin time on low to take the chill off. Took a while to heat the openplan room. Other than that - enjoyed our stay
