Good hotel, but the air in the hotelroom was a bit heavy. Nether Windows to open for fresh air. We liked the hotel otherwise. Good location in prag city.

Lovely hotel very close to Charles Bridge and close to the old town/christmas markets. Staff very nice and super helpful. Our room was huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and superking size sofa bed. Breakfast was included in the price so great value for money. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I’ve definitely never had a two story room. The views were terrific especially from room 403. The location was excellent.

The Charles Bridge Palace Hotel is so beautiful and in an incredible location within walking distance to all the sights. The staff are a little “direct” lol but helpful. We stayed in room 314 which was a huge corner suite overlooking the river near the Charles Bridge. The room had a tv with several English speaking channels, a separate walk-in closet with a safe, small fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was large although the shower was a struggle as it was like showering in a phone box 😂
The air in the room worked well and the king size bed was comfortable. The breakfast which was included was fabulous!
We drove to the hotel so let them know in advance and they will have a valet driver that will take your car and park it for about $15 a day? Totally worth it because parking is very limited. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Prague!

The receptionist at the desk between 28th-29th was so kind, he helped us with our questions. However the receptionist on our last day(30th) was so rude.

We had a room that faced the river. Spacious and decorated so cute. Right at foot of bridge tower. Nice area close to everything and lots of shops and restaurants. Nice bathroom as well. Breakfast was amazing.

We paid for a superior room so we had a view overlooking the Vltava river. Room was large and had a separate room for our wardrobe, fridge and drawers.

Very nice hotel and staff. We really liked the location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the town square. Only negative was the walls were very thin. We would definitely stay there again.

We travelled by motorcycle, parking was easy in free blue areas in front of hotel. Everywhere was walking distance.

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding! The front desk staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing - huge selection all served in a beautiful dining room. Special thanks for the packed breakfast they sent with us on the shuttle. Would highly recommend staying here

Best part is how quiet it is even though you go one street over and its PACKED. Excellent location, service, and stay. Breakfast was great as well! Definitely recommend

GREAT LOCATION! Beds and pillows were comfortable. The lights in the stairwells need to be turned on at all times and not sensors. I understand trying to save electricity but it’s a safety hazard because the lights don’t always go on right away on the stair.

Front staff is very friendly and offers hotel services such as holding luggage for free when checking out and reminds how to enter after hours when you’re leaving in the evening. They also ask if you need directions if they see you waiting. They’re very attentive to help.

Great location! Can walk everywhere. Hotel was nice and breakfast was plentiful. The rooms are nice. The 2 issues were no hot water for showers one day and toilet broke 2 times.
