Excellent service and nice, quiet room. We did not order the dinner and the hotel staff was so nice that drove us to the nearby restaurant for dinner, and after we finished, the hotel staff came back to drive us back to the hotel. It was an amazing experience!

This is a beautiful property and we felt very spoilt to share it for a night. Overall the start are very gracious and accommodating. The check in however felt rushed. This was our first time at an onsen and we felt overwhelmed with the venue and proper protocols.

The staff members are very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the food served there, too. The hot spring was good. They had both golden water and silver water. I would love to go back there again!

The house is not clean and the public osen is a bit small. But the western dinner is really good.

Very good hotel. They provide a free shuttle from the bus stop. Very delicate and delicious kaiseki cuisine. Staffs are nice. Two onsens in the hotel.

This place seems to be old, but they have the best hot springs. Rooms are large so are all the corridors. Perfect quiet place to spend 2-3 days of relaxing getaway.

Dinner was excellent, the ladies Hamada and Okamoto provided extremely good and professional service. The lady at concierge, Phanthy was very efficient and helpful.

Everything is wonderful, people are nice, the location and food are superb. I particularly fond of the driver who take us to the hotel and other places in Arima.

Our room was partially facing the parking lot. The cleanness and the hot spring are both as excellent as before. The service is ok but they don't speak English and they are very strict about check-in and check-out time. The dinner was ok. The sashimi was not very fresh but the rest was ok. The bedding of Japanese futon was very comfortable.

The hotel itself is OK but the front desk staff were quite bad. I settled all payment through this platform before the trip. However, when I checked out, the front desk staff asked me to pay for an onsen tax. I checked through the booking website and have not seen this item mentioned. I politely asked the staff to check with the agent and they replied me bluntly that I have to check with the agent myself. They also said I MUST settle the payment before leaving the hotel. The staff attitude were very bad, totally ruined my holiday mood.
