I was so shocked by the space of the room and without wardrobe, I was not expect this at all.

Would prefer not to have so many apps. Pleased to find that one can still check in with a human. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.

The advantages is that the places to visit is near to the hotel and you can walk around the city center.

Doesn’t give the vibe of comfort. No shampoo, no conditioner in shower, only some kind a liquid in shower. For same price in Bob you can get much more cosy room. Nice vibes from admin but I probably wouldn’t stay there anymore.

Clean and easy

It's close to the water front (about 10mins walk). Lots of restaurants nearby. Room is small but layout is reasonable. Very clean. Free luggage storage. No complains at all.

Amazing place so convenient from the station. It’s near city centre. Only issue is the small rooms are a bit congested but other than that great. If you’re not that big of a person it’a fine.

Good place to stay while in Olso, centrally located with coffee shops and bookstores nearby.

The place offers a good value for money. However, adding a kettle to the rooms would be appreciated.

Smarthotel is excellent for one, or several nights, in Oslo.

Bed was very uncomfortable.

Rooms quite worn and not properly cleaned. The rooms need a general update. Staff very helpful though and nice. Breakfast was good.

We stayed here for two nights and it was great. It was a compact double but had it's own ensuite, TV, foldaway desk and chair. It even had little shelves built into the wall which was handy for toiletries Check in was easy at the self service kiosks, it's easy to walk to from the station (about 10-15 minutes) and everything is very accessible. There is a place to fill up water bottles in the reception area which is very handy I think if we had two suitcases it would have been a squeeze, but since we had one and just two smaller bags it was fine The hotel was very quiet as was the surrounding area. I would happily stay here again

Really easy self check in and check out. Stayed in the mini double room, which was small as expected but perfect for a nights sleep. 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal area, and 15 minute walk to the fortress. Perfect location

Light near bed was not working - probably busted light bulb. No cup for water, also remote note working for tv. Otherwise good.

Cold floor in showerroom. Peculiar bed.

The location was good. The loby was also good but the room was never smaller. And we rent out a double room for couples :) you can not stand or walk next to each ather a shower its good but for smoler people to...

The room was small as I expected, but had everything I needed for a short stay including a comfortable bed. Great central location, 5 minutes walk from Karl Johan, the main shopping street, and quick access to public transport. Very pleasant large lobby area for relaxing with a beer or a coffee. Reasonable selection of hot & cold food on the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is included if you book direct with the hotel.

Everything great as usual - really like this hotel. The price was also good this time around. I'm in Oslo every week and would use this hotel all the time if the price was right....but it is often very over-priced compared with other hotels and the rooms are just 8m2!

the rooms are very small but very efficient. The common area are good and easy to use. The location is very close the center in less than 5 min walk
