I recently had a perfect stay at the Holiday Inn Oman, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. A special shoutout to the guest relations manager, Muna, who truly made my stay exceptional. She personally reached out to ensure that I was enjoying my time and was always available to address any needs. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the guests is commendable. The entire staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Oman for anyone looking for a relaxing

Good hotel with nice facilities (pool/gym) and spacious rooms. Service was excellent as most places in Oman. Rooms might be a bit "outdated" for some, but for the price there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

Beautiful comfortable bedding, great room, quick check in and wonderful breakfast. There is nothing we could fault a geat hotel.

I needed a motel close to the airport and final shopping (City Centre Mall), and Holiday Inn fit the bill well! The motel itself is modern, efficient, and clean.
The $10 breakfast buffet was worth it (and cheaper than other motel included breakfasts). The evening buffet ($20) isn't bad for being a bit distant from the city. But guests can also walk around the corner to a nice Persian restaurant or a bit further to City Centre for multiple options.
City Center Mall, a higher-end mall, is about a 10-minute walk and has pretty much everything.
My only complaint is the OMR 10 ($26) it cost for the "shuttle" taxi to the airport. Most motels this close to a major airport offer free shuttle service to guests. This wasn't even *subsidized*. A normal trip this close would be more like OMR 3.

Quick checking in, friendly and helpful front desk staff in particular Abdulla, Hamad, Muhammed and Kawthar. Omanis are gentle and helpful. They have very good and diverse food selection for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was extremely clean and very nice. Great swimming pool area! Very close to the airport so you could hear the airplanes when you were outdoors but not from inside the room.

Stayed there for 3 days.Outstanding customer service by Ms Muna and team.whenever i see her in reception or for breakfast she always kept asking everything ok are you comfortable and made sure the service provided is the best.Also the staff in reception is friendly and helpful.Also the rates provided value for money.

I liked that it’s close to the center. I hated how unprofessional the staff at the reception was, it took me ages to check-in to my room despite having my booking A DAY AHEAD,pus giving them a lot of notices before arriving, the cleanliness was bad, there were some flies in the bathroom even after the housekeeping check
