Excellent facility , highly recommended, awesome view

I had an amazing stay at Helnan Palestine Hotel! The staff is really nice, and friendly, and made an effort to make me feel welcome and that my needs were met. The Maitre d there is a wonderful person! My massage in the spa was great! The hotel is very safe. Thank you, Helnan Paletine Hotel! I hope to be back someday. :)

They have a horrible front desk who have no clue about housing.We went for tranquility cause we are almost 50 years and without our kids to enjoy.The bathroom had a problem once we came and we waited until it was fixed and we were housed in a partial sea view not sea view as mentioned and in a room beside a big families with many babies with lot of noise and the room is separated from the neighborhood room with a door not a wall.

It was really a nice hotel. Very good service of all the staff. Nice location excellent facility. I would like to be there again.

Hotel location is great andxso are tge staff. it is jowever very old and some renovayion done but not enough. the carpets are awful, the rooms clean ans small but because of carpets, have mouldy smell. the sharp green used mot restful colour. the food though good and brought on time was too exorbitant. we would 7suallu pau gor half the price for the equivalent. there was too much smoke every where and i did not find it entirely family friendly. overall a reasonably good stay but one time is enough. thank you for habing us.

dose not deserve the price, noisy , not clean carpet, also the matress linen is not smooth(old), very very slow chickin and chick out processvery bad concierge service

I would recommend this hotel if you want privacy .. Nice beach and a very good service .. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and close proxemity to down town ...

Checking in took more than one hour. Staff is slow and inexperienced. Although the website intentionally give the impression that the hotel has its own wide beach, it does not have a beach at all. Will not go back or recommend.

You will enjoy the great sea view from room's balcony.The hotel reception staff are friendly and kindly allowed early check in. The hotel is excellent for relaxation . Areas which needs improvement are the gym facilities , swimming pool water was not heated as advertised , air condition was not cooling and room service ignored my request to fix the air condition. SPA service accepts cash only and did not provide an invoice.

It was an excellent hotel, inside the palace and adjacent to the Mediterranean sea. The hotel staff were friendly and the area is convenient. The hotel itself has a sushi place, Chinese food, Texas BBQ, and a McDonald's 1 minute walk away. You can take a public transportation for less than 3 Egyptian Pounds from the hotel to the happenings of Alexandria. The hotel is inside a huge palace garden and you can spend 2 hours exploring the area, walk along the beach with many cafes and restaurants just outside the palace. Alexandria library, the castle, and major shopping areas are within 30 minutes drive. The traffic is better in Alexandria than Cairo but it's still bad. It is a relaxed and modern city. The train station is also nearby if you take the train to or from Cairo. I highly recommend the hotel and the city.

Internet service is terrible Also, online booking is not including sufficient services.

Excellent hotel .excellent view .everything was great the view the cleanness of the hotel overall.only the parking which was with fees they left the car uncleaned for the 3 days we were there although its included in the price of parking as mentioned by receptionist. But in general I will be back .its my favorite hotel

Nice hotel but needs some modernising Needs more sun loungers by the beach Bathrooms could be cleaner Spa needs better ambience and more treatments

The stay was very good and even perfect, thanks to the Mediterranean sea view and Montazah gardens.

Nice location, sea front, clean rooms. Staff are ok, not the greatest, but helpful. Needs more activities special water sports ... Spa level is very basic, not even for 3 star hotel ... Not a lot of options.

Me & my family did enjoy our stay there. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, the view was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly.

Mirrors and glass was dirty. They messed with the power/electricity in our room and burned out my hair straightner and claimed it was my fault. Manager of guest relations was very rude. Did not even appologize and just turned around and walked out. While I was in the pool they rudely asked me to change my bathing suit top because it was 3/4 sleeve. This was my husband and I's anniversary stay and we were very upset and dissapointed that they ruined it for us.

Great hotel, with an impressive history associated with the emergence of modern Egypt in the 1960s, yet with a decent comfort. Each balcony has a beautiful view on the sea. That is something!
