the apartments are not located in the hotel but a short distance away, apartments were lovely , clean had everything required for. self catering plus cleaning service if required. Situated in a lovely part of Oslo , transport excellent.

It's a centrally located, quiet place, supermarkets are around the corner. The apartment has got everything which is needed. The staff is helpful, friendly and easygoing. The breakfast buffet is a big plus.

Nice apartment but very cramp. Tiny bathroom, tiny kitchen but everything works.
Very close to shops and trams. Supermarket nearby, plenty of choices for food.

It's a great stay. Nice bed's and clean bathroom and also from walking distance to the center of Oslo.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have laundry facilities. Bit problematic with only one washer for the whole building. The room was difficult to navigate with sofa bed unfolded. Very tight for a family of four. The linens were nice and was happy to have a Nespresso machine and small kitchen. Bathroom was very small. We were not in the main building. The neighborhood had nice dining options. We enjoyed Luca for pizza.

I’ve been staying at Saga apartments over many many years. It’s always been a very pleasant stay. Except this time. The apartment 4008. The heater was not working properly ( they provided an electric heater after calling them) the dishwasher was broken, and also the freezer door was broken. I couldn’t really use the kitchen because of the dishes.
I hope they will fix all the problems and won’t let anyone staying at an apartment without checking, making sure everything works properly.

Very nice apartment in calm part of Oslo. Nothing negative other than check in being some distance away from the apartment itself. However checkout can be done without visiting the reception again.

Absolutely the Best place to be!!!!!!! There is small kitchen in the room, so you can Make your own breakfest, Lunch and so on. Capsule Coffee maker and few Coffee Capsules ready. Room was really nice, cozy and spacious. Plenty of small grocerystores nearby.

This is a nice and very conveniently located place. However there were minor problems which spoil the overall expression:
Check-in is not at the apartment but some other place and nobody warns about this. The distance is not that big, yet this can be a problem for those with luggage;
Lighting in the apartment is very poor;
Drying machine in the washing room happened to be not working and local people did not know how to fix this.

The room in the apartment was great, specially if you have kids. The room was clean and the kitchen had all the basic needs, even dishwasher! Free parking was a great bonus if you have a car. The area is also great, it is just 30 min walk to the center. The staff were also nice and the check-in and out were hassle less.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bed very comfy. Location is in upmarket neighbourhood, very close to public transport and shopping.
If I need to be picky, the only down sides are you need to go to another location to pick up the key (Saga Hotel),not convenient if you have heavy luggage and snowy condition. Also, the bathroom is quite small.
I would give this apartment 9/10.

We really love this hotel , the location and the room , but also that we have the choice that we can cook in the kitchen that is provieded within the apartment we truly feel at home.

Great location, facilities in the apartment were sufficient for our 6 day stay. Clean and well maintained, standard apartment good size for a couple close to supermarket.

Hotel was relatively inexpensive for Oslo, located in a charming historical neighborhood, and was in very good condition. The apartments were located a couple blocks from the main hotel where the front desk was located, so check-in took a bit of time. They also had an arrangement with a local gym where I could work out without additional cost.

Had a great stay here. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, good amenities. Just a few things to be aware of: 1. The building is very close to another building across the street, and the windows here have no sheer curtains. For privacy you’ll need to close the blackout curtains. 2. Check-in takes place at a building about 2 blocks away, but because these two blocks are on a somewhat steep hill, this arrangement may not be suitable for all people.
