Check-in was easy and staff were helpful and friendly. We couldn't fault the accommodation - great location, close to restaurants, shopping, glow-worm ferry...
The units were well designed. Not huge, but perfectly ok size for two people. Comfortable sofa, large fridge, microwave etc. Outdoor chairs for taking in the lovely lake view. Everything was spotless. The shower was one of the best we've had in NZ - the temperature was able to be altered easily, good flow and no leaks across the floor!
Would easily stay again.

Good size room. Nice location and easy parking. Wi-Fi poor and kept dropping out so would not recommend if you need good Wi-Fi

A hotel with a great view across lake Te Anau. Very clean and quiet room that looks recently refurbished with new carpets.

Our host at reception was excellent — warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. While this is a basic motel, it had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay in a wonderful town.

This was a family week away to relax and enjoy the best of NZ. We love Te Anau and have stayed here previously and as always loved our stays here. The rooms are always so warm without the need for additional heating.
I left my glasses behind and the motel said they would post them back to me in Auckland which was a huge relief ( still waiting to receive them but I am hopeful).
It was nice to see so much tourism back in the region.

We had a lovely stay here in Te Anau. The view was terrific looking at the bay in Lake Te Anau. Cooking facilities were adequate, as we chose to prepare our own meals while in New Zealand. Took a bus trip to Milford Sound. !!!!!

Nice location across the street from the lake. Sadly no real view of the lake from the room (but parking is the trade off), but convenient for walks along it and into town.

The staff on check in were great. Let me know where to go for a good feed. Really helpful with info on the drive time to Milford sound. The complex is on the lake with a great view. The property is a older establishment,but it is kept really well. I would recommend staying here to save yourself some coin.

Hotel is situated on the lake and is convenient to the town and amenities. Room is well equipped and well looked after.

It is very convenient, well run and the view is wonderful. My only complaint is the shower- small and the shower head is about 5’8” from the floor.

Wonderful place to stay! We had a balcony on the second floor overlooking the lake. Clean, friendly and easy to get to town center.
