Are they perfect? no, but who is? The staff was amazing. If something wasn/t right (hot water), they reset it to work just fine quickly. They cleaned the suite daily with a smile, and everyone gave a welcome home feeling. If we were gone and they cleaned they turned off AC... Small inconvenience, but i understand caring about environment and applaud them. Now the bathroom could use a remodel, but overall a clean, bug free place to stay, with a warm caring can-do staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 24hr/7day doorman and locked lobby for security, and an incredible whole food organic restaurant adjoined to the hotel.

The room is specious and comfortable. Staff members are friendly. One problem was the elevator. I stayed on the 17th floor. The button to call the elevator to go down didn't work. People on the floor had to push button for going up. If you were lucky, no one was on it and you could smoothly go down. If you were not, you needed to go up with them. After they got off, you could finally go down, which was quite annoying. However, I enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I visit Makati.

Love the front desk people. They were awesome, especially the door guys. They were very attentive and answered a lot of my questions. There was not too much to be unhappy about. It's a great place. Will stay there again

Wonderfully spacious rooms. The King Studio came with a tub and shower, a kitchenette including plates, silverware, glasses, microwave, electric burner, and a electric tea kettle. Great location and affordable. I will definitely come back.

What state is infinity hotel for five days in that time I thought the restaurant/coffee shop was excellent. I thought the service I’m room service for cleaning of the rams was very poor. At anyone time. They could’ve been up to 9 staff behind the front counter, and no one knew what was going on, very very poor, they obviously need a senior person to kick them in the shape. Just because you have eight young ladies behind the counter, all of them on their phones another them, knowing what problems there are absolutely me up, amazed me, at the same time I was into different rooms both times. The toilets didn’t work correctly. It was near impossible to flush the toilets , the linen was basically worn out, and quite often after room service. They would even forget the towels or put in one towel only. And as for only having one lift working, why question is will it stay like that for the rest of the buildings life,? I was actually intrigued, you come to this hotel nice for you lots of staff, but the rooms weren’t really clean and as for the inside of the Lift floor look like it never been cleaned and everyone’s using a lift. Why can’t it be clean properly ? It is just a typical Philippines hotel manpower coming out everywhere, but not being utilised. Obviously management needs to have a good hard look or maybe a different nationality of management needs to be put in place someone with some serious experience. Finally i Would stay there again, mainly because the size of the rooms

The staff were fantastic! Especially the women at the front desk! They helped me a great deal on my transportation, and all other needs. Always with a smile, very courteous, and very efficient!!! Because of all of them, i would definitely return! Excellent service

Hotel suite we booked was spacious and a breath of fresh air compared to the cramped rooms we've been booking for around the same price point. Overall a pleasant experience however I feel it was lacking in just a couple of amenities and cleanliness which would've taken it from a 4/5 to a 5/5. By far my biggest issue was the dead roach found right behind the front door after coming into the room. I don't think it was an infestation as I did look around for any other signs of life and was unsuccessful. Overall a pleasant stay 8/10 for sure if you have a family the suites are spacious and inviting.

Staff were great, but hotel was a little run down. Just showing age. But had a great bed and great blackout curtains. Aircon worked in the bedroom buy not the living room. I didnt ask them to fix is because frankly, I dont believe its possible to fix very easily and it wasnt very important to me. Also, the place was full of cockroaches. Like one night I had to kill 6 or 7 cockroaches. It was absolutely infested with cockroaches, the cleaning staff spray, but they were just unbeatable. I bought my own spray and I would just cover the bathroom and kitchen area in roach spray, and that reduced them to a point where I had to kill only 2 or 3 per day. Don't stay here if you dislike cockroaches.

Comfortable stay

Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay this hotel anymore. It’s takes long time for check in and check out. Room is ok, but no bath mat and hand towel, hair drier. After all, they are charging 500peso when check out, because there is some stain of coffee on the bed. I really don’t understand why they are charging such a stain, this is normal case happen. Very disappointed.

Accessibility to restaurants and malls. Although the unit was big, the bathroom is a mess. The shower area is moldy which I pointed out to the cleaning crew. One huge problem: cockroaches- they’re everywhere. Don’t turn the lights off. If you do, that’s when they all come out. I told the cleaning crew and front desk about it and they basically said that they cut back on pest control services. So moving to anothe room and different floor won’t solve it. I will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

Nice big two room apartment. Toilet was broken, just hot water for two minutes, then cold. Breakfast was at the restaurant next door which was according to themselves s healty semi vegan alternative, and of course the breakfast was really bad. Not for westerners but filipinos probably like it...

Water never warm up regardless of running like sign says. Arrive at room they charge 85 dollars instead of 70 dollars. Something aint right . clerk "taxes 😏😏

Too many cockroaches in my room. I asked for room to be cleaned and new towels and sheets, I got a quick clean but no new sheets.

Property wasnt bad. Could use a lil work on the detail. It was good value for the money. There are few close places to eat. Transportation not really close . Staff was helpful and nice.

Pretty handy to Greenbelt/Glorietta malls. Suite was very spacious, ideal for group of 6 friends. Breakfast advertised as "Continental", but actually much more than that. Two negatives we noticed - bathroom had a number of small cockroaches crawling around, and the vinegar sauce for the longanisa sausage made 2 of our party throw-up after eating it on the 2nd day (but all other food was great).

The laundry was broken, AC didn’t work inside the gym, and half of the treadmills were broken, half of the free breakfast options were not available, staff was dismissive and passive aggressive

I had a very pleasant stay at the Infinity Tower for several weeks. The staff was always so kind and welcoming. Whenever I requested something, they responded very promptly and professionally. The room was quite large with a nice sized bathroom. The hotel is in a very nice area with many restaurants and malls nearby.

The place is huge...plenty of rooms. Customer service is awesome. They ask 2,000 pesos deposit upon check in but were able to get the money back after checking out. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very happy with this place. The free breakfast is delicious! My family and I really enjoyed this place! Thank you!
