Have enjoyed staying here before, but this time our room had an issue with the vent in the bathroom and it was annoying!!

Other than the tv not working, all was okay. Bed comfy and pretty much quiet. Checkout girl didn’t say a word to me and when I asked for a receipt she glared and started helping a coworker.

We have stayed here a few times, it’s always clean, quiet and the staff is top notch!
Pet friendly too! Traveled with my two small dogs and they were very welcoming. 💖

Great hotel I had a late checkout at noon and the manager came to my door at 12:04 had an attitude and told me I was supposed to be gone remind you I have 4 kids with me and was literally about to walk out the door double checking I had everything because of this I will never return there great pool and breakfast though easy check in I also had a do not disturb sign on my door and noticed that it was removed and housekeeping came and clean my room when I was there so now it makes me wonder if they will clean the room again or just assign the room to the next person

Disappointing! We had horrible neighbors, loud with cussing, violent throwing stuff around. I understand it is out of the hotels control but it wasn’t peaceful. Another reason for low reviews was we requested to have clean room service and they said it would be taken care of. Sadly we returned to our room untouched.

The stay was good, cleaniness was okay other than the sofa bed. I was impressed with kitchen area and roominess of the room. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice.

They gave us a room that wasn't clean or ready. We had to be given another room, then we got settled in that room then discovered that room had a broken heater. We had to wait about an hour for another room to get cleaned and ready for us to use. This all happened at 11pm after a long 13 hour drive. We arrived at 9pm and didn't even get to rest till all this ordeal was over. The clerk was amazing she cleaned the room herself and did all possible to accommodate us.

There was hair in multiple areas of the room, including on the phone and in the bathroom. There was no soap in the entire suite, so no bar soap for washing your hands. The walls are very thin and you could hear our conversations from other rooms and outside of the rooms in the hallway. I stayed two nights and saw the exact same takeout food container, sitting outside of a door in the hallway the entire time I was there. You can tell some items were upgraded, but overall it’s still dirty, and in need of cleaning and revamp.

Pros - very quiet, very friendly staff, fair breakfast selections (pretty standard, good but nothing special). Loved the room size and amenities (microwave, refrigerator)
Cons - poor beds, water pressure in bathroom sink almost non-existent - curiously, same in the adjacent room in which my son and his wife stayed. Water pressure fine in kitchen sink and bathtub/shower.
Remember to ask for daily room service if you're interested, otherwise only every fifth day!

Overall, better than average for this class of hotel but certainly could use better beds.

Pros: Location was safe, easy to find, and near what we wanted to do in Hot Springs, free parking, large room, pool area & fitness area, free breakfast was good (kids liked it).
Cons: The room needed an overahaul and was worn out. Carpet was dirty/stained, beds were not comfortable, Bathroom was kind of clean. The green wallpaper was a poor/ugly choice but it was also stained with white toothpaste or who knows what all over. Room was worn.
The worst were the jerks who thought it was ok to hang out and be loud and obnoxious outside our room. Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but added to the unpleasantness.

Our room was clean, bed comfy and the property was quiet and well kept. This is our 2nd time there and we enjoyed both stays. The location is great, 5 minutes from our daughter and lots of restaurants and shopping areas close by.

Great stay, clean, comfortable, and the staff was great. My daughter and her family were supposed to be in the room next to me, but when they checked in at 11;30pm, the room had not been cleaned. They were offered another room down the hall. No biggie, it worked out better for them.

Rooms should be cleaned daily without having to request service. Also, the guest keys should actually open the room doors.

The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned. The staff that checked us in was not the friendliest. The breakfast was really good and the morning staff was friendlier
