Proximity to the beach and a place to cook our own meal.

The room was dirty, the stove was rusty, the coffee pot had no pot, had plastic silverware, the furniture looked like it came from a thrift store. nothing matched. the table rocked they had pieces of paper under the legs so it wouldn't rock but they didn't help. the pull-out bed was like sleeping on rocks that were going to fall apart at any time. if you moved on it you were afraid you would fall out. the air conditioner leaked all over the balcony, so you had to sit in water when you were out on the balcony, then you had to keep a mop by the door so that when you came in you had to mop up after yourself so that you didn't slip and fall on the water. The outside facilities were beautiful. the pools and the hot tub and the bar area were very nice. I found out later that each condo is owned separately and rented out separately. that Elliot rentals is the slum lords of the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!! at this facility of any of their other facilities. I should have known when our welcome gift was a coupon book and a roll of toilet paper. also, the parking garage is 2 blocks away. they say it is across the street, but it is not, it is across the street and behind the other hotel. NO shuttle service to get there for us old people who have trouble walking, but their security has a golf cart to take them around. No one at the front desk to talk to. I will never Use Elliot Rentals again. The Bluewater Resort was nice, but you have to watch who you rent from.

Wouldn't stay here if you paid me. I came to this resort for a party that same day, didn't have use of the room until 6pm. Mind you the party was at 6:30p.m. The stress

I did like the tiki bar , pools and Jacuzzis , beach access and inside pizza Grill bar- the front desk was very helpful and nice my particular room could use some updates cabinets and bedding. Although it was a very nice stay.

Would stay there again.

Nice apartment, but we had issue with air conditioner in the living room, wasn’t working properly and we had a problem with door locker, we couldn’t lock the door a few times. After I called Property management,they sent a guy who fixed all issues.Everything else we liked on this property,would stay there again.Review for Blue water resort,apt 1303

It was a filthy low rent room with a nasty mattress, tv was broken, lock didn’t work. The whole place needs an upgrade. There are too many hotels on Myrtle Beach to stay competitive with this kind of place.

There should be a lobby open with someone on site

We enjoyed the Libido bar outside and friendly staff at the bar. We never saw anyone that works at the hotel and even tried to go to the front office on Sat and both doors were locked and the guy just looked at us. It was a clean environment.

The room itself was filthy when we arrived, we were basically confined to the one bed the entire time, even though we paid for a suite. The other bed had brown streaks and a massive white blotch in the middle so we didn’t even touch it, the couches had boogers all over them and the table in the dining area also had brown stains and streaks all over it. I tried to call the office twice regarding the cleanliness but it just kept ringing so I gave up. The process of getting into your room is also inconvenient, we spent a lot of time fiddling with the key pad and lock. For the price you’d expect a lot nicer of a room, but it was severely lacking. Only one TV worked as well. We felt very unsafe as well during our stay, lots of people yelling outside our door and slamming things around nearby. The morning we left we also heard what we thought were gunshots, at 5am. They didn’t sound like fireworks. As I was cleaning that morning as well I saw a roach crawling over the top part of the door. The downstairs and common areas were very nice but that’s about it. Definitely will not be staying again, I’d rather spend more and not have to deal with all of that.

Location was perfect no complaints

This property is located in a good location. Quiet & relaxing. What i extremely didn't like was the fact the description states parking located across street. That would have been fine but it's across the street and a block away.

It was ok, a little drab for a condo/apartment. The bed was hard and tv small. The balconies are intrusive - above & beside u can directly see u.

Liked the view. All the beds need new mattresses. Sank toward middle and all headboards hit the wall when you rolled over. The two in master squeek so bad we had to move to front bedroom. Couches needed vacuuming because of sand all over the cushions

The unit was great. It was nicely decorated and clean. However, dish detergent is not provided, neither are extra towels or trash bags. We were not aware of this before booking. The rental company offers a linen package for an additional $39 per bed. It includes 2 towels, 2 washcloths, sheets and pillowcases. Items in the package must be purchased together and there is no way to purchase just towels. This means that for my family of 5 we would have to purchase 3 packages totaling $117. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Additional towels should be included or there should be a way to purchase items separately.

there was too much humidity in the room the first night it was uncomfortable to sleep because of the humidity and the smell in the beds

It has a great location. Great space for a small family. Matress need to be replaced on sofa bed. Overall very happy with location and accommodations.

Check in was easy, although it was a good but away from the hotel. I wish there was more transparency about parking. You have to park in a garage across the street. Not a big deal, but inconvenient when its not stated on the website. Our room wasnt ready for check-in. I jever received a text it was ready so we showed up and they were still cleaning. We had to wait 30 minutes. Although the room was cleaned well, the beds werent made. I had to put the fitted sheets on the bed. Overall the stay was good. Good location, great pool.

Everything was ok, just the parking

The property was fine with the exception that the plumbing didn't work. I reached out to Elliot rental company regarding the plumbing issue and discuss the inconvenience but have not gotten a call back yet.

room was out dated, smelled, bed was King sized with Queen sheets. Advertised resturant,tiki bar, and lazy river pool were all not open. No cleaning staff on premises, had to clean room ourselves. Stayed 12 days and were given only 2 bath towels each, had to do laundry 3 times. Water was shut down one day for at least 4 hrs and we were not told before hand. No hot water for almost 24 hrs on another day. Not worth $3,500 that we paid AT ALL.

Room 1310 was old cramped dated and had cockroaches. The beds were new and comfortable. There was a newer fridge. There were no staff to deal with problems. Our access card didn’t work. The ocean view was OK. The restaurant was under construction. This was extremely expensive for the poor accommodations. Will never go here again.

Expedía published nicer pictures I did not see that in person. This is like a lower end apartment , like a extended stay more or less. Your bed is too close to the kitchen. The bathroom needed updates. The room was either super cool or super hot … there was no mid point to when regulating room temperature. I hope this helps

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and it was absolutely amazing!! The condo was everything and more than what I expected!! The views were amazing and we had the greatest time!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!
