Would highly recommend for ease of travel around tokyo and nearby amenities. Hotel room was larger than expected, more than enough room for 3 adults and suitcases.

When I booked through hotels.com I got put into a floor that has smokers rooms and I had to smell it in the hallways, not hotels fault

Absolute fantastic Hotel, I stayed for 5 nights and my room was very clean, comfortable and had great amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was very quiet. Train stations are available within a few minutes walking distance. The surrounding areas were great, lots of dining options, shopping etc. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Tokyo, many major areas are easily reachable within 10-15 minutes by train. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel itself is good, but they have a focus on an automated check in service that is overly complicated and requires unnecessary personal information be entered to complete the process. Employees are persistent in directing guests through this means of checking in and out, probably as a means of cutting staff costs and making a database of customer information to analyze or sell.

Clean, efficient, convenient.

I was in Japan for 3 weeks / business trip. Tokyo Dome was my last stop. I feel so appreciated for the staff. Everyone was polite, try the best to provide us the best service. Thank you so much for everything. Btw, I took the taxi in front of the hotel to Nippori station. The driver was super friendly & spoke good English.

The facility is fantastic! It is right next to the Tokyo Dome so there are always a large crowd outside the hotel. However, the people are friendly, kind and courteous. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all within a 10-minute walking distance. The room we stayed in on the 21st floor was very comfortable and has a great city view of Tokyo. The employees are super helpful, respectful and friendly. The hotel uses leading edge computer technology in checking in & out. QR codes are used in the room to get room, hotel and city information. We will stay here again. Great hotel!

The hotel is located next to the Tokyo Dome, a lovely place to stay and spend time. The metro and JR is next to it. One minor point: the breakfast was always the same.

It's a good location and very convenience for business trip (maybe even friends travel). Overall experiences are quite good.

Fantastic - Clean and friendly

It was very clean and quite to stay. There were many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast.

Friendly receptionist and other staff

It was a good stay. Staff and managers were not easy to speak with. They are not flexible so be careful asking for any accommodation. My younger daughter decided to join us last minutes and we asked for a rollaway or bed for her. They didn’t accommodate that and asked us to book and extra room. She slept on the floor and they still charged us for an extra adult.

Our hotel room was nice & clean, spacious, quiet. Hotel location was convenient with so many choices of restaurants & shopping within walking distance and limousine bus to the airport came directly made it so easy to leave with all the luggage we had. We will definitely use this hotel in our next trip to Japan.

Wonderful hotel. The staff in all Japanese hotels are amazing and the staff at Tokyo Dome Hotel are exceptional. Wonderful hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend.

I love that it’s clean, have excellent breakfast choices from western style buffet to a Japanese style restaurant that serves Japanese breakfast.

Very nice

The hotel is very close to Suidobashi station which made it convenient to go everywhere in Tokyo. The view was gorgeous. Very friendly staff and nice place to come back to after a long day :))

Wait at check in was 40 mins, the lift system can’t cope with demand, often waiting over 5 minutes for a lift and then more often than not it would be full. Over due being refurbished. Otherwise a comfortable stay

We selected this Hotel based on its location (going to a Giants game) and larger room size for a group of 3 adults. The Dome City complex isn't really a destination attraction, but it was convenient to have extensive shopping and dining options within a 5' walk. There are JR and subway stations right at the entrance and it was easy to take transit all around Tokyo. Outstanding experience. If I had to complain about one thing, it's the crowd right at the end of baseball games (line at elevator heading up to room and the masses at the subway station).
