Overall this hotel is good. We dont expect too much from it. The only things that annoyed me was the bathroom shower drain is clogged and hotel management seems reluctant to fix the problem. Other recommendation is to have few clothes hangers rather than only one and as the pillow are super soft, mind to provide small pillows for extra comfort. Besides, it is better to put up hotel signage on the major road as sometimes it can be quite confusing especially in the new develop area.

we love the ambiance and silence inside the hotel.. Were glad that the hotel is very clean. I just hope that they can change the position of the mirror inside of the bathroom since it was quite difficult for me to use while on the go.. the floor was also slippery and hope they can provide a doormat for the customer. Overall we were satisfied with our stay in Elmark and looking forward to stay there again.

Had a very short one night stay in the Family Suite. The room air conditioning is very good, TV signal was excellent. The beds are comfy. Overall cleaniness was great, kudos to the house keepers there. Hope that the standard could be maintained, and should vacuum the floor more. Outside had smoking smell every now and then but cannot help it. Good for money just that location is deserted yet face the noisy big roads. Depends on luck to get a more peaceful room.

There are a bit smoking smell when first time enter the room. Dusty at some corner but still acceptable. The window in toilet is broken and cannot lock at all. But still an average choice for this price range.

Room 112 1. The shower holder was unable to hold the shower. No idea why it doesn't fit to the holder. 2. It flooded when u took shower. I believe there is a chokeage. 3. When u tap the water from the sink, the water pressure flow was so low. 4. Informed the reception at the counter but no action taken.

Bad service, No water

Toilet, overall not really clean. Wil hv to additional charges if request additional pillow! The pillow too soft, difficult to sleep.

TV without channel all free to air, room without dressing mirror only bathroom mirror, safe box faulty, without fridge, without bed lights, 1 Led light on/off, room dark toilet sink and bathing strainer stuck with hair, staff instruct to do it yourself to clean up. Inform them to do make up upon we leave the hotel for activities, night time came back no make up done. Toilet roll gave us not new roll when we check in eventually when finish use our own tissue paper, No sound proof early morning upstairs noisy with furniture moving and hammer nailing tremble out bed couldn't sleep woke up with my partner. Room no phone

Mirror should place in the room instead just in toilet.

Can hear next door clearly. Which include door closing sound, talking on hallway.

There was very little water supply when we checked in to the hotel but we tolerated it and stayed for the night because it was close to midnight. The next morning, there was totally no water and we can't even wash our hands our toilet! We had to use the public bathroom when we paid for the deluxe room with jacuzzi! The hotel staff promised that water supply would be back by the afternoon so we went out. Upon returning back to the hotel, water supply was still missing so we checked out. As I booked this room with Expedia, the hotel staff promised to contact Expedia and email me on the refund. However, they didn't fulfill their promise. I called Expedia twice before my refund was finally processed and I got 1 night refund. Luckily, Expedia was kind enough to offer a goodwill voucher for my 1st night so we are quite pleased that we booked with Expedia!

comfortable and clean stay. non smoking rooms though some people still smoked in their rooms....can smell but it was a good stay as tv signals great, aircon cold. most importantly value for money. thank you elmark.
