Well aside from the cigarette burn on the quilt the almost depleted toilet tissue with the nerve to be fold ever so sweetly. On the medal steps that are slippery as ice but you get what you pay for. So we wanted to know the late checkout policy. I had to use my phone, because when I went to us the hotel phone. It literally had no cords attached. Like I said u get what u paid for. Other than that we had a great. The bed work and was fully utilized they ENTIRE stay. Again u get what u pay for.. 😂

Key lock battery was dead couldn't get in room. Changed our room, suppose to be originally a king, it looked to be a full, really small room,Sheets were dirty, full of hair, gummy on floor, the mirror was cloudy and dirty, you could write on it, the furniture was dusty, the bathroom floor was dirty. It was horrible. They refunded our money without any arguments.

The room I reserved was not available. I called the night before to tell them I'm checking in late because I'm driving from Michigan. They denied it. They eventually gave me a room but charged me higher.

Could not check in without signing a document stating that I was requesting adult content to be streamed into my room. The man at the desk could not explain the document and I didn't have an option to omit from those services. Made me very uncomfortable so we left without staying. Do not recommend.

Can’t say anything about the staff but the higiene there is terrible towels are no white they’re beige same about the pillows all smell to dirty old microwave refrigerator aren’t cooling. They need to put attention to the rooms cleaning part

I reserved two non smoking rooms but received one non-smoking and one smoking room. I was told that their was no more non-smoking rooms, even though the place was empty. The rooms need an update. The beds had cigarette burns and it seemed like they didn’t clean at all.

The property was run down, broken lught switch and faucet, dirty and cigarette burned carpet and the "non smoking" room smelled of cigar and cigarette smoke. Management wanted to charge me a cleaning charge to change roomsand was very rude about it

The carpet is so dirty I don’t even know what color it’s supposed to be and it smells so bad in the room I had to hold my breath until I put up air fresheners I left my shea butter and they threw it out plus I made reservations for the weekend because they were cheaper I did it throughout Expedia and they didn’t honor it I had to find another hotel

The carpet was filthy. Dust and dirt spots all over. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and had crusty stains on them. There was a phone jack, but no actual phone attached. No coffee pot. The room smelled awful

So we made a reservation to this place. Would recommend not going there at all. Front clerk was very rude and did not try to help us at all. Instead he trued to charge us for two rooms and said we would have zero chance of staying somewhere else. We went down the block and went to the motel 6. Would recommend that place any day of the week over this motel. Get better service. Not hard.

They canceled my reservation without telling me. I drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and found out they canceled my reservation. Everything was all paid and they told me that they canceled it because they had been exposed to Covid. They never told Expedia and they never told me. And they were rude to me about it to begin with. When I asked them why they canceled my reservation, the guy started yelling at me. I didn’t do anything, I showed up to check in. What a horrible place!

It was quiet and clean but at almost 2am the smoke alarm started going off extremely loud. I tried to use the phone to call the front desk but it wasnt connected. When I called from my phone they said they would be right over to take care of it but never came. Other rooms were having the same problem. I could hear multiple alarms for about an hour.

I was a little eerie to book at this place but when I got there I was surprised. It is very reasonable in price and it was a nice and clean motel. Only complaint was the front desk clerk. He was rude.

Bathroom sink leaked. Tub filled with shower and took hours to drain. The bed had new sheets, which was nice but the room was not clean by any means. Heat was ridiculous. On Off control only. Had to keep getting up to change it because it got too hot or too cold in minutes.

Smelled like i slept in an over sized ash tray. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The check in was nice but the room was not what I expected. There was a dead roach, some hairs in the sheets and the cleaning staff knocked on the door 2-3 times before check out to clean, waking me. I would not stay there again.

Very outdated and dirty facility with cheapest towels. TV and Internet were not functioning. I strongly recommend everyone not to stay at this motel.

Nothing to see here run away if you can the worst evenr room was dirty carpet looks like they rebuilt an engine in the room

It was decent for the price and location considering I came to view some apartments in Philly, and go to ix Flags it was a great central point. But definitely a one niter. Good size rooms though and they make you pay for ice (>_>) smh. lol
