The hotel is clean and has a good shower and bathroom. The local area was a bit smelly and we had to take a taxi every time we went out for a meal etc, the nearby seven elevens are very convenient. We stayed as we arrived late from the airport so we were pleased, the breakfast was quite bad but as long as you go elsewhere youll be fine.

I was staying at the hotel as it was convenient for the hospital. The staff were very helpful and supportive to me with a loved one I hospital. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

The front desk ladies were too kind. Even after I was rude to one of them for asking for my departure form from Thailand. While I have excuse besides being cranky she remained professional when she couldve easily given me a nasty look or said something that I surely wouldve deserved. The service here is great, the building is a bit older and is in a part of town now really near too much. If you value peace and quiet youll like this place. The wifi works well and the laundry service is quick and cheap and does not use a ton of that perfumy laundry detergent. The staff was even able to hold my luggage after I checked out and went on a tour. I truly appreciate the service they provided.

The staff were very kind! I hurt my knees the day before my arrival and they helped arrange for transportation to the hospital when I needed to see the doctor. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated but somethings were in need of repair. Our first room smelled moldy but they changed room for us when we pointed it out. Beds were comfy and good toiletries provided. This is a nice place especially near the hospital and some nice local places a walk away. It is a half hour walk to Old Phuket Town.

I was unwell whilst at this hotel and these two staff members were caring enough to ring and check me regularly and bring me food every day when I felt I could not go out .I cannot thank them enough and this alone has made this little gem of a hotel the best thing g about Phuket so far for me.

First the pros; super service from the friendly staff, which made it super easy booking our following travels to Phi Phi (good rate too; 1700 baht for transfer, return ferry for two ppl). Hotel looks good/stylishly decorated. Cons; the bed is extremely hard. Woke up with red marks from the springs in the box madras! And the AC kept us quite awake, due to its loud operating noise, which may be different in other rooms though. Many thanks to the friendly staff. Just add a top madras and adjust that AC.

Even allowed us to check in early which was awesome since we were so exhausted from traveling would highly recommend this hotel. Location is great lots of restaurants near by within walking distance also motor taxis are an excellent way to get around at affordable prices.

Great hotel, in good location in quiet part of town and excellent value. Manager was extra helpful with my ever changing plans due to monsoon smashing southern Andaman sea.

The staff is friendlly and helpful. The bed is comfortable. Very new, clean and spacious room space. The maid is very kind. There are a practicle working table and an armchair. However, the lights, as in most hotels, are not bright enough for working at night. In the moring when everyone was taking a shower (I guessed), the hot water was not working while it worked well at night. I couldn't watch the TV via their free cable service. The girl at the front desk explained that during the rain it could affect the TV signal. There are 3 storeys in the building. There's no elevator.

brilliant hotel. Staff so friendly and very helpful, no matter what it is they will try to help you. room very clean and the tv had loads of channels to pick from. Wifi was ok would sometimes disconnect but overall very happy with this place, highly recommend it

Absolutely brilliant. Friendly staff, room very clean, spacious and comfortable. Fast and free WiFi and have a lot of TV channels to choose from. Loads of places to eat within 2 mins of walking. Staff are the best I have ever seen in a hotel. They have a good bar with nice food. Highly recommend to anyone.
