The staff and service was excellent. Had a crappy/ next to no sleep due to a crappy mattress. The set up the hotel on a lot with two other hotels is a dump idea. Hard to find a parking spot without having to walk to go to your own hotel. The breakfast was good.

Planning 2 months ahead and talking directly to hotel and confirmed all could and would be accommodated resulted in none of the things arranged or available at time of stay. Staff tried to help but getting what we needed required advanced booking (which we had done but no one at the hotel when booking recorded this information anywhere - no clue why). So had to figure out how to make it work on our own. Terrible bed. I was in pain, no real sleep and had to figure out on our own how to make the bed bearable. Didn’t put in proper shower chair (found out too late I needed to rent one myself), not a roll-in shower. Housekeeping day staff rude and even with instructions from the day manager wouldn’t touch our room. Reg who worked evenings was so helpful and did what day staff were requested to do and didn’t. Night manager very polite, understood problem, tried to help but didn’t have what was needed to sort it out. Overall I would recommend in future if you cannot handle a super soft mattress or need a specific shower chair then this isn’t your hotel. However if you talk with the hotel manager ahead of time and co-ordinate getting a rental bed and mattress from one of the 2 rental companies in Edmonton the accessible room can accommodate this equipment. You can arrange to have the equipment delivered and set up on the day you arrive and removed the day you leave. It just requires a month or 2 planning ahead and coordinating all the logistics yourself.

This hotel was very modern and very clean. The second night, the guest above us were very noisy. We went downstairs to bring it to the attention of hotel staff. The man at the desk said he heard nothing. This went on until 4 am. The next day the manager of the hotel gave us a call and apologized for how the situation was handled.He went above and beyond. We would book there again in a heartbeat!

Cons: Sheets had hair in them when we arrived but were promptly changed out. Headboard and bathroom divider were stained, we cleaned it ourselves. Security on elevator, you had to use hotel key which we thought was great until we saw you could walk in and up the stairs. A/C did not run when you left the room so it was hot upon returning. No option to run the fan continuously to block out noise and keep the room cool. Pros: Bed was comfy and room is a nice size. Staff is phenomenal, friendly and helpful. But we will not stay here again because of the cons. There is too many other options.

Nice room, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Would stay here again. Parking in front was tight but underground seem to have larger spots we were fine in underground parking. Really liked this hotel and close to Edmonton Mall

Beds were super soft. Needs more firm beds.

Decent spot close to WE Mall. The morning breakfast was great and the room was good, although it wasn’t cleaned very well and the staff were a bit passé about the concerns we brought to their attention. But we’d stay there again.

We travel to Edmonton almost every year. Have family there, but more convenient to stay in a hotel. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel. Love it. Good breakfast.
