i like this hotel

I paid for a one bed residence with kitchen but when I arrived I was told the hotel had changed from Address to Kempinski & they only had rooms not residences. Very disappointed that I wasn’t notified. If I knew I would have booked somewhere else. A kitchen is important for me as I’m diabetic and can’t eat certain foods. Will not be staying here again

Everything is quite nice except the hotel has a serious escort problem. During our 5-night stay, I encountered working girls inside the hotel on three different occasions, once in the lounge and twice in the elevator.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Ahmed on duty manager noticed that it was my daughters first time in Dubai also we only had one night as it was a long layover for us so Ahmed was super kind to upgrade our room which made my daughter super happy ! The location is super convenient as the Hotel is connected to the Dubai mall so you don’t have to walk outside in the hot weather. The food at the restaurant was also very good and the staff were very attentive. Overall we had an amazing experience! Special thank you to Ahmed ! Definitely will be back !

It is very close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa, so I can save time to look around downtown. Also, breakfast is great.

I’ve been to Dubai many times, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at there. In addition to its luxury and location, they care about client’s satisfaction.

The Hotel is close to Dubai Mall and the Metro Station. You are not need to going out to walking around the neighborhood. The breakfast is delicious and the pool view is fantastic.

A bit of road noise from Financial Center Road that runs behind the hotel. Access to the property during rush hour takes a long time because of traffic.

The room facing the highway which was noisy at night,, disturbing when sleeping.

Before I have always enjoyed of staying in Address chain and I even bought penthouse from the Address brand. The facilities are very nice, breakfast is amazing and the pool area is stunning. But this time it was not enjoyable at all. Room was located next to main road and noise was very loud when people are speeding and revving their cars during the night. And then during the day there was construction work going on and you needed to listen the drilling whole day after you haven't sleep at all during the night because of the noise. Also I needed to have multiple meetings while staying in my room, but the wifi collapsed many times during the stay and was unavailable long times. I called to reception that if I could change the room to another side to avoid the terrible noise during the evenings/nights. But they didnt have room or was not interested to do anything about it. When paying 600 euros per night, you should get value for the money spent, this time the value was gone. Will check other options in future for my company accomodation.
