Clean, quiet and staff was great. Tyler was very nice at the front desk, and was studying to be promoted for more responsibility. This is a good choice and reasonably priced.

As always great place to stay and great for pets.

The hallway on our floor was extremely noisy, predominately late at night. There was a sports team staying at the hotel and some of the players were next door to us. They bumped and banged on things very late into the night (Friday/Saturday, it was 3am before it calmed down). The next night they congregated in the hallway in front of our/there door and talked very loudly until I finally opened the door and asked them to be quiet as we were trying to sleep (about 12:40am). Think there needs to be some type of security roaming the floors/premises to try to eliminate such from happening.

The staff that I got a chance to see were nice. The hotel was around a nice quiet area. I only got breakfast one day and I only got potatoes but for me they weren’t great. The room was clean but the only reason I gave 3 stars was because it stank!! I hated the cigarette smell. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but the dumb people that don’t know what “NON-SMOKING” mean.

Checking in we did have to wait about 15 minutes for “our room” we arrived at 3:55pm. Checkin attendant was friendly. Hotel was quiet at night great for restful sleep. Breakfast was O.K.

We spent 3 nights! Loved how quiet it is and the free breakfast is a bonus!

The breakfast was great! Staff were nice. I had my grandkids with us though and we were very disappointed that there was only one tray of cookies. We HEB we got there they were all gone and never refilled.

Front desk lady was amazing! Very personable and friendly. Great snack selection. Room immaculate. The area is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We felt extremely safe the whole time. The only change we would make is that the breakfast wasn't very good that morning. The omelet was cold and pasty tasting. I believe it was made with pancake batter in it. We are gluten free and dairy free, and there were almost no options for us there. There is a sign saying to let them know if we have allergies, for other options. But when we asked for other options, we were told there were none. It would just be nice to have some gluten free toast, bagels, or muffins. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! We were very, very happy to find this beautiful, peaceful, safe oasis of a hotel in the Dallas area!

Door was broken and swinging Not happy with this

First off, the lady at check (sorry, didn’t pay attention to names) was so incredibly nice and sweet. She made check in quick and easy and later in the evening when I called to ask if they had an extra iPhone charger (I brought the wrong charger) she said they did not but did offer to charge my phone in the office and keep it safe while there. She also offered the closest place to buy one at that time of night. If I was only giving her stars she would be 5 stars for everything. The room was nice. AC work well and bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom door seriously suck. It slides open and closed, does not stop on the track where it should and has no lock and big gaps. Not a huge deal since it was just me and my hubby but if I were sharing with a co-worker, as I often do on a business trip, this would be a huge issue. And plugs on the night stand did not work. Breakfast was decent. Normal stuff in a free hot breakfast. Nice selection. HOWEVER… the lady refilling the food was a little rude to me. I was getting eggs with the tongs that were in front of the eggs. The lady comes out from the back and said rather loudly “Those aren’t for the eggs. There is a spoon right there.” Now mind you, the tongs were directly in from of the eggs and the spoon was all the way on the other end of the counter. Not near the eggs at all. I told her that she should probably put the spoon in front of the eggs and she said “well you know people move them” Just rude.

Most staff was friendly and professional. Didn’t like the big sliding bathroom door, not really private. Bathroom has fan but no switch to turn on. No dressers for clothes! ???????

It is very convenient. My daughter lives in Richardson. So the hotel is 5 minutes away. It's the 4th time me and my family have stayed there. The draw back is the breakfast have gotten worse. And that there is way to much noise. Late at night.
