Fabulous property near airport and convention centre. Best buffet breakfast around and notging too much trouble. Great pools on ground floor so no being blown away with omani winds. The quickest check out ever.

Everything has been great, the only issue was that sometimes there was a foul smell from the drainage in the rooms.
Also my room did not have a mini bar and bottle openner!

The hotel itself was very good, friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms, in an excellent location.
Just don't be hungry. Ordered food at 11PM, didn't get it up to 2AM despite 7 follow up calls to room service. Cancelled the order at 2AM (person on the line did not care). Was woken up at 3.30AM by the WRONG food being delivered (despite cancelling the order 1.5 hours earlier). We slept hungry and fasted the next day (Ramadhan).

It is conveniently located for going to Oman Exhibition and Convention Center, but for nothing else. No shops or restaurants in the surrounding area. The property is well maintained, though.

Overall beautiful experience. Staff really friendly and generous. Breakfast rwas really good and rich. Just the furnitures of the room start to be little bit old. Overall was great my stay for the night before the flight

A great hotel ideally situated close to the airport if you are using it more frequently. Taxi costs 7 OMR (£15 ish). Good food and excellent value buffet service if you choose it. Other alacarte restaurants available also in Hotel. Super friendly staff and extremely helpful. Pool bar/ nice pool and nice garden area. Upstairs sports bar. Tennis court and spa if you fancy it. Within touching distance of the beach, but you need a car or taxi (not walkable). Small mini market not too far (for the little stuff at MUCH cheaper prices!) Surprisingly quiet whilst we were there and not in the Hubble of the town centre and crowds. If it you want that - this is not the place for you as it is quite isolated (what we actually wanted but doesn't suit all).

I had to cancel the booking as I had booked the wrong Crowne Plaza. I then stayed in there sister hotel in al Qurm and paid for it. When I asked Expedia to get a refund they refused. All part of the IHG group and I am supposed to be a gold member. Very poor service.

A rip-off hotel ... booked from 16 - 21 feb prepaid but they still charged me for an extra breakfast due to lack of their trained staff ... I will never recommend this hotel to any one who is only there to scam people !!!

This is my second trip to this hotel as a part of a larger business visit. I have to say that I was quite disappointed a the hotel and especially their customer service + room services. They have no clue of what it means to be 'Clean' and 'COVID-safe'. We encountered several issues ranging from unnecessary charges to borderline denial of gold status of IHG. I think this hotel needs a serious revamp with major staff change and trainings. I am truly disappointed!

The hotel is fairly good. Polite reception personnel, but very rude personnel in the restaurant/breakfast place. Do not recommend to stay in this hotel if it’s a business trip. It cost 50 omr just to book an meeting room (just the room without any other services). Also make sure to go trough the bill before paying, the restaurant personnel added dinners that we never had. The Omani personnel in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
