The first room we received had a moldy smell. We noticed a shop fan being used to dry the carpet. As soon as we reported the issue, it was resolved. The supervisor on site empowered the young man at the front desk to upgrade our room and apologized for the inconvenience. Our family was impressed and pleased with the outcome. Thank you for resolving the issue with professionalism.

The property is in need of a remodel . The decoration is outdated and the furniture is of inferior quality .
Our first rooms thermostat wasn’t working and walked into a hot room , our second room had unfinished patchwork in the ceiling.

The room and hotel was to our expectation however the guest next door played loud heavy bass music until 1:30 am. We could not take another night so we left a day early. Very disappointing.
Because we pre-paid we had no recourse for a room adjustment or credit.

This place was great for our trip to Plano. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice stay, there was nothing that was horrible that I would approach management to express my dislike. But they do allow pets but I was informed at check in that housekeeping needs to clean our room every day during our stay while we were there. Which isn’t that big of a deal and luckily we had the time to notify housekeeping when they could access our room so they can clean it. So this is their way to make sure dogs are not damaging their property which I totally understand but it’s kind of a pain to figure out a time when you will be around when housekeeping is on property. Also the water temperature was not very warm and not at all hot. And I took a shower at 4:30 a.m. so not like there should have been much demand at that time.

Very please with this hotel again! This was my wife’s and I second time staying at this location. We truly enjoyed ourself and was very pleased with this property! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly kind! This is definitely going to always be our top pick when coming to Dallas! Thanks for the great stay

It was very quiet I didn't here any yelling and babies crying
and my room was so clean I could not find dust anywhere. And the employees have good customer service. I didn't here any noise at all and my job was next door, all I had to do was put walk to my job. Everything was good and I have no complaints about it. I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

The room was an accessible one and the design was - challenging. You could not take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. The room was run down and needed maintenance, some of which we did ourselves, like tightening the kitchen sink faucet so it did not spin. The toilet did not always flush. The light and fan over the stove were either always on or always off - the switches had no effect. Having a kitchen was very nice and it was well stocked with tools and pots. We liked that the bedroom was a separate room from the kitchen and sitting area. The provided breakfast was very good. The room was clean, if beat up.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and the bed super comfortable. On my check-out day at 9:30 a.m. a cleaning guy knocked on my door and asked when I'd be leaving. I asked what time check-out was and he said noon. I told him I'd be gone around 10:30...but if I was sleeping I would have been very upset...if check-out is at noon...then leave me alone til then.

First hotel I stayed in for a long time where the staff didn't run in one second after the official end time of breakfast to take away all food. Good breakfast with many choices and more relaxed atmosphere.

The Facility was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the bed matress was too firm.

Overall I was very pleased with my recent stay with my family here. The room was spotless and very roomy. Only thing that I might’ve had a problem with was a blinking light on the ceiling that was probably a smoke detector. Luckily I had an eye mask with me. The price comparatively was a bit steep. My husband said that the breakfast was just okay. I think they ended it too early at like 930. The beds were too firm because we have plush Casper at home but it was fine for one night. My son and daughter really enjoyed the jacuzzi.
