The location.
When we first gotten there we had to switch rooms. Our TV wasn't working. We was wasn't aware that the breakfast was continental and that we had to pay for it. That should have been understood when the room was booked. My mother perfume was stolen out of her luggage when we left the hotel room. I called the hotel back to asked them about the missing perfume. The front desk said that we will give me a call back no one called back. The only good that came with the rooms was the good location. I will not be staying back at that hotel in Richardson TX again.

Newly renovated. Very nice rooms. Courteous friendly staff.
No hot water. Took a cold shower twice. Called front desk and was told to let the water run for a while. It ran for 10 minutes (wasteful) and never got hot.,

Very clean facility and room.
The construction was a bit inconvenient. I asked for extra towels at the front desk, but never received them. When we checked in, the system was down so we weren't able to get our keys. The 2 keys that were left in our room, unfortunately didn't work. Luckily the 1 key we got front the front desk once we returned actually did work. The next morning during check- out, the front desk agent sincerely apologized for our experience.

Door lock popped out on its on and kept the door from closing properly. Need to be fixed. Tub needs refinishing. Little worn which makes it look dirty.

The breakfast was bland at best. Location was commercial and fair curb appeal, and Palmetto bugs were common at the pool side.
Improve breakfast add greenery, light music at poolside, and seating out front. Of course NO Palmetto bugs.

There was no menu for breakfast, so we thought there was only the Starbucks options. We discussed it while standing at the counter and the girl at the counter never mentioned there were other food options.
The very nice young man working the night shift that checked us in, did not tell us that we had to carry our own luggage up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was not in service. The room was great.
