Room did not have chairs; you need to sit in bed to read or watch TV. Lights in the bath was so week, you could not put a make up on. Room was the same; no enough lights . Employee was very well trained, but not at the reception area.

Very happy with the hotel, my husband got gluten-free food every day due to celiac disease. The hotel is fantastic and child-friendly, we are thinking of traveling again in September, highly recommend the hotel☺️

Rooms interior need update. Perfect location. Food is average. After checkout we’ve been asked to wait for a couple minutes till someone will check if we took something from the fridge. We said , we didn’t take anything, but they still need to check. Please, there is the other way to deal with that issue. You just showed us that you don’t trust your guests and told us in our face. You are 5 stars hotel. Overall nice stay.

My stay was very pleasant, lovely facilities at the hotel with friendly staff. View from hotel room was incredible overlooking the sea.

The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The beach is stunning, the view amazing and the hotel very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got a free upgrade to a room with sea view. I would defintely visit again, especially in off-season when there are not too many people.

This was supposed to be a spa & wellness holiday but the indoor pool was full of kids and it was impossible to relax. Food was not very interesting.

This hotel was a last minute choice and we are so glad that we chose it. The rooms were clean spacious and had all the modcons we needed. The a la carte dining was just perfect. The pool, business centre and gym was great for a few day getaway. The poolside and pier was perfect! The mini bar and hotel food on demand was quite expensive by local hotel standards, but aside from that, everything was great!

We really loved this hotel. The sea view from our balcony was beautiful. The only downside, and not the hotels fault, but it was super windy the few days we were there. So unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the beach or sea. We ended up driving to a different beach club where the water was calm. Otherwise it would have been perfect here. The day we left it started to calm down & I could tell it was going to be beautiful. Would definitely come again. The breakfast buffet was great & we had lunch once, which was good. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Hopefully we’ll have better luck with the weather next time!

Downside: Check in time was stated as 2pm. However, 2 out of the 3 rooms were not ready by 2pm. We received the second room at 2.30pm and the third at 3.30pm.

Very nice hotel with private beach front

Where do I start.. this is a 5 star hotel, so a certain level is expected. The bathroom had limescale all over. I asked reception to borrow a plug adapter which I thanked them for and said I would return on my check out. I got phoned and told I must come down and pay in cash for the adapter. I was a bit miffed and said ok, but can you add it to my bill. They said no, you must pay in cash. Put the phone down, continued on my work call (which is why I needed the adapter). Got another call within 2 minutes telling me I must come down and pay. When I went down I showed my frustration at being pulled away from a work zoom and I got some blank looks from the desk who barely spoke a word of English. The tea and coffee station in the room is 2 paper cups and a plastic wrapper with sachets of tea and coffee. This is not a 5 star hotel! And I was definitely advise against paying to stay here. I went to the Reges spa hotel down the road a few weeks before, and this was superb!

hotel has amazing view and facilites meet with 5 star expectations ı satyed here many times during summer season last years but i need to tell unfortunately buffet is not good in winter time . so ıf you want to stay here in winter time dont expect much from kitchen but otel is very good physically.

Good hotel

The biggest asset of the hotel is outstanding beach and amazingly beautiful sea with white sands and crystal clear water. The room was also pretty good and adequately spacious. Breakfast and dinner were satisfactory. Service and cleaning were good as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful facility but as English speakers it was challenging the wait staff avoided to serve us at breakfast which was quite disappointing, as others at the check in and lunch attempted to communicate and were amazing. The room did not have a/c we all slept in a hot box and woke up stuffy, besides that everything was good.

The service was amazing, the location is good but you need transfer or taxi because the hotel isn't either in Cesme or Alacati. The breakfast was full of options to choose. The dinner is same but unfortunately there is nothing for drink and you should pay and buy from restaurant even for cola. The cola in markets is about 3.5 TL but they charge you 15 TL. The cleanness 5star, view and design also. I had very lovely stay there.

Keeping mind that I visited during a COVID-19 lockdown, it was a great escape for the New Year Holidays. They staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I have seen other reviews about the entire staff not speaking English- this is true, but they were always quick to find someone on their staff to help in English. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent and room service was quick with a large range of options. Gym was small but had a good mixture of cardio machines to keep any gym enthusiasts entertained. I would gladly return when their spa and pool reopen.

Very nice

The hotel was very good with a beautiful beach and staff were very helpful. The negative things we experienced were the internet was very bad, most staff don’t speak English , amenities were below expectations for the price we paid.
