공항버스를 주로 이용하는데 무거운 캐리어로 고생하기 싫어서 선택한 최적의 위치. 내리막길도 한번만 가 보면 금방이다. 공항버스 바로 반대편 호텔 밀집지역과 달리 돌길도 지날 필요 없고 캐리어 굴리기 좋은 위치라서. 아늑하고 깔끔한 객실 디자인이 아주 마음에 든다. 비록 방 크기가 여유롭지는 않지만 크게 불편한 정도는 아니다. 룸뿐만 아니라 로비도 정말 디자인에 공을 들인 흔적이 보인다. 아이템 하나하나가 섬세했고, 숙박에 중요한 부분은 아니더라도 작지만 눈호강하는 기분 좋은 감각이었다. 조식은 딱 터키식 아침. 매일 종류는 거의 같고 위치만 바뀐다! 디저트가 튼실하게 나오는 게 특징. 식기가 좀 작은 게 흠 머무는 동안 온수가 안 나오는 사고가 있어서 약간 불편했지만... 다시는 그런 일은 없길 ㅠㅜ 풀&스파가 무료였는데 이용을 못 해서 아쉽다. Room cleaning service needs to be developed. There were some hairs and dust left, some teabags were not refilled, and only towels were changed that we put on bed (used ones that still in bedroom were same.) AND!!! Please read this, friendly hosts :-) hot and cold sign of water tap is reversed!!!!! It fooled me :/

All is quite good, except for some details. Great and ample room, well located, sauna facilities, good breakfast. Very professional reception. But the pool was in maintenance on the first day and its jets malfunctioning on the second. Pool staff not friendly.

Room was nice, bed comfy. Breakfast was ok. Air con blasted out hot air in the middle of the night on one occasion which wasn’t ideal. Staff seemed friendly. Spa: opened at 11am which was a bit late for me to be able to use it any morning. No changing rooms or lockers to store stuff when having a treatment. I did get a Turkish bath and massage one evening though. Bath was nice but I would strongly suggest for a woman getting a massage here to ***insist on a female masseuse.***

The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The hotel was centrally locates and had all the necessities needed.

+ Hotel is convenient for metro, buses and Taksim Square. + Reception service was good and friendly. + Hotel is new, and remains in good condition. + Nice breakfast cheeses - Breakfast was adequate but nothing special (poor selection of fruit and cereals). - The spa was disappointing (it is run separately from the hotel). They told me I had to wear a swimming cap if I wanted to use the pool (I have a shaved head!!) - Spa staff were not so welcoming in general. - The towels in the room were old, thin, worn-out and cheap! please replace them with nice big fluffy towels!!

hotel itself is good the staff were amazing but the location of hotel no good uphill and smell gutters pathway very bumpy not goog for people with disability.or knee problems

First the negative things, so the owners and staff could make few positive changes for future guests (including me :)): - The quality of the filter coffee they serve is low. This is very important for a good reputation. Generally in Istanbul you can hardly find good coffee (except turkish coffee of course), but that is not an excuse. - Privacy in spa. The spa is very good, but you don't have any privacy at all. Everybody can open the door of turkish bath while you are inside and enter like you dont exist, sauna and steam room have glass doors so no privacy there as well. Most of the spa facilities are free of charge for hotel guests (a big plus!), but even the outside guests that pay for spa don't have their privacy. Plus, VERY negative thing is that most of male users of the spa are walking around wearing only towels around their waists, and that's VERY uncomfortable and disrespectful for female users of the spa! There has to be some kind of scheduling and/or time slots for male/female users, as well as hotel/outside users. Everything else is great: the hotel is 10 minutes walk from Taksim square and Istiklal street, the staff are friendly, breakfast is versatile, fresh, and very good (except coffee), the room is spacious and quiet, bathroom is awesome, room has nice big lcd tv with satellite programs, little fridge, everything is very clean, the pool is small but great, the spa is very good (but it lacks privacy), and the last but not least, the price is very well balanced.

It is very quiet, Comfortable, clean and near to Metro and bus station. Also it is near to shopping centers and easy to go to any other areas by Taxi.
