Front have staff is fantastic, cleaning staff is above average. Amenities are plentiful, prices can be attached to high. Understandable though.

I’ve stayed here twice. The hotel is nice, new, free parking & close to restaurants and bars. Not much for kids to do at the hotel or in walking distance from the hotel, which wasn’t a concern for me, just noting that for other parents.

Room was very nice, rooftop bar was very nice, in town for family wedding, plumbing issue in bathroom all drains clogged on day 1- maintenance (Busy with wedding), Day two same issue in morning at shower time-maintenance snaked drains in room left dirty linen that plumbing snake touched on floor-front desk responded after requesting the room be sanitized with a cleaning of the bathroom when we were out. Offered to buy my wife and I breakfast. Day three and final day of stay (time to get on road bad weather for return home) Same issue again. Manager offered to change our room at this point at time of our departure, we declined. Manager offered free room at this hotel for one night for our trouble to use within 6 months. Booked through Hotels.com so cannot refund. I don't think I have a reason ever to return here. Other than the plumbing issue the hotel was very nice. I guess we just got "the wrong room"

So the hotel itself is in a fantastic area and its lovely! Seems very clean, the rooms are nicely laid out and open. HOWEVER, we do have a couple complaints: The shower, the first night we were there, ZERO hot water. and the water pressure was AWFUL. The next morning the water was better but it was so scalding hot that you had to have the dial turned to the cold side bc it would hardly move for the first half. 2ndly, the beds are SUPER small. It says they're queens, and queen beds can vary size but these beds are more like small fulls. My partner and i are small ppl but we were struggling to fit on these beds. So if you're wondering which room to go for, spring for the king bed. the double queen just isnt it.

Close to everything in Dublin, Ohio. Also, comped us breakfast for my husband's 60th birthday. Amazing hotel snd customer service.

I felt that the price of the room was high for what was provided. For example very limited TV stations and the expectation that I should use my personal streaming subscriptions( which I do not have) to watch TV. the room was freezing cold and hard to get warmed up because of the high ceilings. I could hear someones phone buzzing in a surrounding room all night long.

Very nice facility. Room was very nice size. Very clean. Staff was totally accomodating. In town for a party, and parked the car and was centrally located to everything i needed to do. Would definately stay again.

The hotel was wonderful but I thought I was getting an Expedia deal but I did not. I was very unhappy about that and still don’t understand what happened to the price that I thought that I was getting the room for.

The room was amazing. The rooftop restaurant had awesome food. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!!

Convenient to many food options. Close to the Columbus zoo and even IKEA . Having the white noise machine already set up was a bonus for tired kids after a 5 hour drive from Michigan.
