Great stay

Staying at Moo by the Castle during my visit to Prague was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. This superb and quaint hotel is a hidden gem located in the picturesque area near the historic Prague Castle, offering guests a unique blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, characteristic of Czech hospitality. The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, providing personalized service and ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining spots added a special touch to my exploration of Prague. The rooms at Moo by the Castle are elegantly furnished, blending historic elegance with contemporary luxury. We had a wonderful stay at this awesome hotel! Thank you to the staff for making our Prague trip memorable. The accommodations were fantastic and the communication from the staff was excellent. They even helped us with airport transfers! Will definitely recommend them to others.

Well the service was amazing, plus the location is great and a 20 minute walk to Old Town. The place was great, very clean and very nice.

Moo was a home in the middle of Prague. Comfortable and spacious. Great service with reception and an easy after hours check in process. It was wonderful.

The property was beautiful and the staff were really helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. Close to Prague castle and about a 15 minute walk into the old town. Highly recommend

Very nice boutique hotel but not for every one. The Pro's are that they have a lot of space in the room for the typical Prague hotel. The rooms are spotless and the reception lady was very helpful and professional! I don't recommend this hotel for Travelers with heavy suitcases or cannot handle small staircases. There are no elevators. There is also no air-conditioning so summers can be uncomfortable to sleep. The week ends has a loud live band which is great for party goers but we had a young child so it spoiled his sleep time! Breakfast and parking is off property so this can be a small challenge. I recommend this property for lightly packed younger travelers with no young children.

This property is absolutely perfect! From the exterior of the building to the exquisite decoration of the units inside. Very comfortable and spacious. Also, the staff is very friendly & attentive of the guests’ needs. Location is fantastic. This is the place to stay when in Prague. Definitely coming back! Truly one of the most extraordinary hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Magnificent, clean, and close by to everything. It is a historic castle that has been tastefully modernized on the interior. Great value, courteous staff, and overall fantastic experience. We will most definitely be back!

Simply amazing. We have traveled all throughout Europe and the Mooo was one of favorite places. We traveled with our 2 kids and they loved Cookie, the resident cow. Also, great location overall. You can't go wrong with staying here!

Wow !! What an awesome hotel !! I loved everything about it…. the decor, the comfortable beds, the kitchen, the staff, the location. We are a family of six, my 4 children (22, 19, 16, and 13), we stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment, it was huge !!! Each bedroom had their own bathroom so no fighting, lol. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It even had another mini bathroom right by the entrance. A big spacious living and dining area. A super functional well equipped kitchen with a nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc. I loved the super cool decor !! . I believe the lady that checked us in is Martyna, she is awesome, she treated us so well and explained everything to us, she was even texting me before we got to Prague and guided me how to get to the hotel, 2 thumbs up for her, as well as the rest of the staff. We were even gifted a bottle of Prosecco with a handwritten note welcoming us. The location … a 5 min walk to The Prague Castle, 10 min walk to The Charles Bridge, and a 15 min walk to town. Very very convenient. I will definitely be staying here, when I come back to Prague. Thank you MOOo by the Castle

The hotel was very nice but it is the front line staff that make it exceptional…special thanks and kudos to Martina and Christina.

This was an amazing property! We booked the two bedroom apartment for three adults and a child and it was perfect. The apartment itself was super lovely, and the staff was very communicative. The whole check-in/check-out process was a breeze. There is an Alchemist museum and alchemy bar on the property as well. The hotel is located very close to the US Embassy, so there is an extra security check on cars to pass - went super fast. All in all, this will be my hotel if I visit Prague again in the future! There is no air conditioning. Literally the only negative. But, it was in the 90’s when we visited and the apartment stayed relatively cool.

A little off the beaten path, very quite and comfortable, could not find a better place

LOOoved everything about this beautiful apartment hotel. Perfect apartment in a perfect location. And the reception staff were really helpfull and nice. We can’t wait to come back.

It was a huge apartment, very modern kitchen, immaculate bathroom, large living room with a huge telly and a very comfortable bedroom. I love all the cow stylings throughout the hotel and room. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.

I simply love this place! This was my second stay and I knew we will enjoy it. In both cases I felt very welcomed and like at home. Love the design, property, over all feel and location is excellent as well. Last but not least staff is very friendly and nice. Just try it yourself, you won’t regret it.
