We got in after 10 pm so did not get too much time to enjoy the room or the service of the breakfast because we were gone by 6:30 am. The king bed was very comfortable, thank goodness cause we were exhausted.

There was no wifi, because Telus was down, so that meant no tvs either. The room was dirty, and things in the room and bathroom were broken. My wife had a allergic reaction to the hot tub. Drywall was cracked through out the hotel. The metal in the pool area was rusted. Kids enjoyed the slide and breakfast was good.

The family above us had children jumping and banging and a mother yelling until almost 11 pm. Also appear to have a number of homeless men hanging around the picnic area of the hotel

Spacious suite with comfortable beds. A lot of noise from other guests. Pet friendly and has lots of green space options to walk dogs. Good breakfast options but would have liked decaf coffee. Kids enjoyed the water slide, cold pool and hot tub. Easy and quick access to Cross Iron Mills shopping and Calgary airport. Will stay again and recommend

The only negative we had is your towels for the pool area, very thin and too small for adults. They definitely need improvement. Your pool and hot tub area was lovely. Rooms are clean , comfortable beds, spacious. Yes I would stay there again.

You can tell the building is fairly new, very clean and well kept. Nice views and we loved that Costco and CrossIron mall is nearby. You can hear planes take off once in a while but not too crazy loud. Great place to stay if you have a car, wouldn’t recommend it for commuters. Breakfast is as expected, pool and hot tub was good too.

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Staff was polite and accommodating. I had some last minute changes to my trip which required a room upgrade and the upgrade was very easy. Women on the phone had it done in seconds and at no additional charge. She was polite as well.
Room was classy, spacious and had great lighting. Bathroom had a bit of a funny smell and pillows weren't comfortable but other than that, the stay was pleasant.
Also liked the pool and breakfast inclusions. Great ways of adding convenience to your stay.

Have stayed here a few times, rooms are very clean, and staff are very nice. I do wish they had more parking as we had to circle around four times to get a spot. A few people were having to park on the grass in a field nearby. I also do wish there were signs asking people to be more courteous about not letting doors bang late at night and early in the morning. Scares the daylights out of you as it can be so loud.
