A bit far to walk to center of town. Place was a little outdated. Set up for 4 guests, even though had booked for 5. No hair dryer. No shampoo / conditioner. Washer but no tumble dryer. TV is tiny. Limited kitchen supplies. Communication with host was great - to provide additional chairs, bedding, pillows etc. Overall okay.

Very comfortable and mostly clean, but the shower was leaking and the heater would not turn on for the first night. Tried to contact the liaison, but after meeting her on the first day, there were no more replies.

Everything was mostly clean, but using the water heater was an adjustment and neither of the toilets flushed correctly. That was quickly fixed by maintenance though. My only real complaint about the property was the noise level. It seems that these apartments are rented out to large groups of students who party and make an unbelievable amount of noise. Great amenities, not so great with the noise.

We had no heat, not enough hot water. The towels we had were barely enough. No extra blankets.

If I could give this property minus 5 stars I would. It smelt like urine in the kitchen and lounge area. Was dangerous for small kids with 2 heaters hanging off the wall and a shower just hanging on! There was unrepaired holes in the walls feom doors been banged. We only stayed one of the four nights we booked be got out of there quick!

Excellent service

We arrived - got into the apartment and turned around and walked out. It was dingy, baths were moldy it smelled musty. Area was a bit sketchy. Had to Scramble for lodging elsewhere

The property is peculiar.. it feels like an American dormitory, and while the units are spacious, they contain the bare minimum of amenities. For example, they offer a washing machine, but no laundry soap. Each bed had a very thin pillow and a comforter. If you needed another blanket in the cold you were out of luck. I messaged to ask about things like the laundry soap and received no response. I also found hair left behind in the shower and in the washing machine. Definitely not the best, strictly functional and not worth its cost.

We stayed in a clean 2 bdrm apt on the top floor. Good location - across the road from a grocery store and shopping area with anything you could need a very short walk away, and not far from the center of town. The building is in a complex with a handful of others behind a hotel along the busy street. We arrived after 7pm and the parking area was nearly empty. Since the apartment was behind the hotel it was very quiet, especially at night. But it also felt lonely and abandoned since the buildings are large and all of them seemed completely empty when we arrived. The exterior is reasonably maintained, lawns mowed etc. but no frills- no flowers etc, just bare-bones, old, and well used, like a former project house for lower income tenants. The host sent easy instructions on how to get into the unit, no problems. The unit they gave us to had a broken lock and damage around the door frame that looked like someone had kicked it in and never properly repaired- it only latched when the lock was double-bolted. Combined with us being the only people around made me feel unsafe. We took precautions to secure the door, but still felt nervous. I would not have stayed if I were a woman traveling alone. The interior was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for living, and everything worked perfectly. Furnishings were new enough. Some surfaces could do for a redo. In the end we had a smooth & relaxing stay - it fit our needs well for the big space and the price was right.

Gorgeous, spacious 2 bed apartment, 2 bathrooms, big balcony, all the amenities (except a cork screw but that’s ok). Very comfortable beds. Excellent communication from the staff and very reasonably priced. Great location too

A serviceable unit that needed upkeep in several ways. The interior doors had been painted with primer but not actually painted. The bathroom tile needed new grout in places. The pillows were very, very flat with no extras to be found. And finally, the exterior door knob had been repaired in a way that made us worry a bit about security (see photo).

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is conveniently right outside. A supermarket is nearby. The kitchen is well eqipped for cooking meals. It is ideal for a several day stay. It is a 20 minute walk to the town center though so we drove there and parked.

The hot water system is confusing and was loud at night. Thought we had turned it off. Good location and very clean. Would really be nice to have mirror beside hair dryer. Paper towels and salt and pepper would be helpful

It was a large 2 bed apt with 2.5 bath. Easy check in and great communication. Highly recommend.

No fridge in the room and shower no working well. Otherwise very friendly staff.

Felt like home away from home. Communication was excellent as we had a late check-in and I would definately stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony . Was very clean throughout. Was an en suite in each bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room and also in one bedroom. Parking was no problem and it's in an excellent location with a big supermarket just across the road. The Appartment is super clean, very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay, especially in kitchen. Staff is also very nice and helpful

Apartments were spotless, spacious and of high standard. Perfect for our short stay. Check in is quick and easy as it is a self check in system where they contact through WhatsApp which was very handy.

Brilliant stay couldn’t recommend enough.

It was a mission impossible to take a shower. Not enough information on how to get the hot water running... we couldn’t make it work so had to leave without having a shower. Location is okay and the apartment as well, but the problems with the shower made our experience really bad

Great accommodation, really clean one of the best places we have stayed in. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children aged 7 through 16. We had an amazing stay at the Wild Atlantic Way Apts! The apt was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable! There were 2 full bathrooms, a nice comfortable living room with plenty of seating. A big smart TV my kids loved and were able to watch movies on Netflix while we had some downtime. The kitchen was very comfortable with ample room for cooking and prepping. Finally, the location was fabulous with a SuperValu supermarket right across the street. The property felt very safe at all times and parking is free and we never had a problem finding a spot no matter what time we got there. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay at while visiting Killarney, at a great price! I highly recommend it!
