When we first opened the door to our room, I immediately smelled a mildewy, sewage type smell coming from the bathroom. The rest of the room was ok but the bathroom smelled terrible. It appeared clean so I’m not sure where the smell was coming from. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the toilet paper was like using newspaper. I don’t think I e ever experienced using that rough of toilet paper in my whole life! No kidding! Definitely will not stay there again!

This was our first time at a Drury property and we loved it! I will definitely choose this hotel chain again. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the rooms were perfect, clean, spacious. Loved the free breakfast. My suggestion for improvement would be to have food allergy options such as, alternative milk, gluten free, vegan options. My husband loved the food! Me, i bring my own food or go to local grocery store or restaurant to find options.

Great location, not far to downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for restaurant suggestions. They even remembered my name the next day! But don't forget about the food and cocktails in the evening....it was nice after a busy day in the city. I will stay here again when in Pittsburgh.

Great hotel and conveniently located within a reasonable distance of downtown Pittsburgh. The hotel has nice amenities, free breakfast and light dinner, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This isn't a super high-end luxury hotel, but you would be forgiven for thinking that it was. For the price, the amenities are great: reliable wi-fi, clean pool and hot tub, complimentary hot breakfast AND dinner AND three drink tickets per adult per night at the cocktail bar. The ground are kept extremely clean, literally to a shine. The common area in the lobby is a great place to sit and relax, and I even saw groups of people having large conversations together. This hotel really is a gem, and I am looking forward to staying here again.

I was very impressed with the friendly service from the girl checking us in the people serving the evening snacks and the bartender went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best we have had in a while. All the employees deserve an A+ rating I was blown away but there attentiveness and friendliness

Booked this hotel because we had an early morning flight to catch at 6:30 am and we live 2 hrs away, so we didn’t want to get up extra early and they had a shuttle to take us to the airport. Unfortunately, when we needed to leave to catch our flight, the shuttle was out picking up another arrival and would not be back in time for us so we had to pay for an Uber. When we got back, they did pick us up and we didn’t have to wait long, but we were disappointed that we had to pay for an Uber to get to the airport.

Booked for the pool, but the pool was packed the entire stay. The staff was lovely when arriving, but the food options were not up o standard, and they give you a ticket for a drink, but they didn’t nt tell u at 7:02 the service attendant would yell at you I am done at 7, I won’t help you, then see him floating around the lobby for an hour after the horrible way he spoke to us.

Great value hotel with plenty of perks and helpful staff not far from downtown Pittsburgh.
Buffet breakfast, free dinner, snacks and an indoor pool are some of the amenities offered by Drury Inn.
Staff were quite responsive to my small requests, including promptly delivering me an already assembled pack-n-play to my room.

As this is a fairly new hotel, it was clean and in excellent shape even by the high bar of Drury standards. As always, though, the staff is what makes stays so pleasant. Always friendly and helpful!

This is an excellent hotel. Easy to get to and quiet area. Every staff member we talked with was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good and a nice variety. 100% would recommend this hotel to everyone

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectation! The staff was attentive and caring, the property was clean and neat.
Free breakfast was included and was very good quality. What came as a surprise was the evening "kick back" which included a free drink and a small plate buffet. Whenever we travel from now on I will seek out a Drury Hotel!

Everything about our stay was exceptional! Staff acted professionally and were eager to serve. Rooms were clean and bright. Morning breakfast and evening "kick backs" were a pleasant surprise! And the price was very competitive and a great value.
