My hotel was cancelled last minute. I booked another through Expedia. When u got to the property they had just received my booking request. The lady at the desk didn’t know if they had a room for me but was able to move things around and reassure me I would have a room. So thankful for her!! The property is very nice and in a good area. Highly recommend!!

I did not stay. On a late 7:30 pm check in I'm told there was a problem with the TV remote. Since checkout is 11, they've known about this for at least 7 hours. They said they would bring a new one which they tried but it didn't work. They said they would call their facilities support people to get it fixed and then told me it could not happen. I was not willing to stay at a hotel with no TV. I advised them that I was leaving and they said they would back out there charges but so far they haven't. I left and went to another nearby hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and helpful. However, the area in not the best as far as walking around on foot to places. Take a car and ride service. The staff at first was nice at check in. Later as i booked more nights and staying in the same room, they asked to swipe my card again and again. Later i saw that my credit card had charges ranging from $135 to $430. I notified management and they said that it would drop off. Right now i had to dispute charges with my credit card company since some have already posted to my account. Avoid this property if possible especially if you dont want to be inconvenienced with unauthorized charges.

At first the receptionist was very nice but I had to check out early same day at 11pm she looked at me in a disgusting way and asked me “did you brake anything?” And “Sooo, you paid for a room you didn’t want?” She told me “That’s not gonna happen” when I tried checking out. I was treated and judged wrong for checking out same day early.

Nice, clean, great location, refrigerator in room. My only complaint is the staff needed to work on their friendliness. They didn’t smile, they didn’t say hi, they wouldn’t even look at you.

Loved the place. Price was reasonable. Loved the full kitchen ans living room. The AC unit had some issues staying on. So it was hot in the room for a while. AC eventually after an hour or so began working. No issues after that

I booked a room with an oven as my small daughter had requested to bake a cake. The sole reason for spending this amount of money was to make her weekend special. We arrived at the hotel it took a few minutes to get counter help. We checked in went to room and immediately called down and the desk informed me only 2 bedrooms came with oven. I explained the situation and she said I could move rooms for an ADDITIONAL 109 dollars. I needed assistance another time and I called the desk 3 different times but could not get anyone to answer the phone. The water power in the bathroom sink was just a trickle. The room itself was beautiful and very clean. Had the clerk been able to take care of us this would have been a 10 rating.

When my husband checked in, he told the clerk that we already paid through Expedia. He still tried to run his card-twice! Then said the card was no good!! A few minutes later our card showed another debit I called the front desk. He said, “oh, I think messed up. I’ll credit that back to you.”

This was a 2 night stay when I first arrived I was skeptical because of a lot homeless people laundering not at the hotel but around the area but once we got booked in and saw our room we was happy but thought room was bigger than it was but the room itself was nice and clean definitely a upgraded newer type of room and hotel Didn’t eat breakfast but I smelled it in my room it smelled good and the only issue I had was the pool it was dirty but they did take care of it so when we got back to the room we noticed the pool was clean so that’s why I give them 3 stars very nice and clean around a lot of stores and not far from Bricktown.

It would have been ok if they would have found other accommodations before I had to call and complain the second time about the a/c not working. And the oven was on when I first entered the room. So, imagine how hot it was already on a summer day & then with those barriers, as well.
